Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

ideally located for amenities, our room was large, clean and the bed was fantastic, the breakfast had a vast selection to suit all tastes. It was our first time in a Leonardo Hotel, ( it was Jurys Inn when booked) it won't be our last. The staff were welcoming and only keen to help

Nice clean and tidy hotel with good breakfast. Location very good but be aware the area is a hub for Fri / Sat partying. Did hear some noise from the clubs etc.

United KingdomI think you shouldn't have to pay to park the car. The bays are really close together, too. The lifts are quite busy, and we had to wait to use them. The communication to reception team to find where the kettle and tea was stored could be avoided if a sign was on the drawer or a note left with the cup cakes.
We had procecco on arrival, and the reception staff were really friendly and welcoming. The mattress was so comfortable and not too soft. The hotel is in a very good position to visit the utillita Arena . Tea and coffee facilities were well stocked up. The cupcakes were delicious. There is a car park behind the hotel but there is a charge to use this. We would use this hotel again if we visit Birmingham.

I had forgotten my hair straighteners and was thrilled when I seen you could loan them :) The facilities were great with a nespresso coffee machine in the room as well as the white company shower products. The bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely. It was our anniversary when we stayed and they came to our room with cupcakes and a card. Overall a great stay :)

United KingdomIf I had to say something it would be that the walls are CRAZY thin, which is a shame, wish there was more sound proofing but that's hard to do. Also wish the aircon system blew out heat as well instead of having to plug in the heater. But that worked perfectly well.
Location was great and I was solo travelling so the staff was kind enough to upgrade me and let me check in hours early! Great hospitality from start to finish. Breakfast was also great, such a great selection and taste.
