The lunch at Leo’s restaurant was quite expensive. My wife and kids heard doors opening and closing most of the night (guess unlucky in terms of room location - just above reception and lift).

Location is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great for the kids. Breakfast option was good.

the bed was was comfy but the mattress cover didnt fit. The flat sheet also was just laid over the mattress and we had to keep getting out of bed to straighten. Perhaps some well fitting fitted flat sheets would solve that issue. Everything else was very nice

The cost of room service was too much. We ordered an ice cream for £9 but was then told it would be another £6 to actually have it delivered to the room. Also it would have been good if my almost 14 year old son could have used the gym as he goes to the gym where we live so knows how to use all of the equipment.

Breakfast was fantastic! The staff were very helpful and offered my daughter pancakes every morning which are her favourite. Good quality and lots of choice. The vegetable omlette was delicious. We had a slight delay waiting for our room but the staff gave us a free drink and refunded the cost of breakfast for the duration of our stay without me even requesting this, which was very much appreciated. The pool and sauna and steam room were very relaxing. The location of the hotel was fantastic for easily exploring Brighton on foot.

Honestly I can’t think of anything…maybe If there had been a restaurant for evening meals we would have used it but you do rooms serve…🤷‍♀️..

Breakfast excellent...staff chatty and very friendly and efficient..All clean & tidy ..Nice vibe..It was our 10th Wedding Anniversary which we stayed there on our wedding day and honeymoon so we were a little worried in case the hotel wasn’t as good as before but …It was excellent we had a fantastic room with sea view ..Fingers cross if there any offers we will defo come back again very soon ..

That the room smelt of old stale smoke

Staff were very helpful and very smart. Breakfast couldn’t fault. Didn’t have time to use the spa unfortunately. We got upgraded which was a sea view room and was grateful for. One thing that I couldn’t get was the room although very clean smelt of old smoke so this is my one fault to a lovely stay .

EUnfortunately the night we decided to order room service there was a big meeting party who apparently wiped out the kitchen so only pizzas were available and would take over 40 minutes, while we understood this it would have been helpful to receive a warning so we could have grabbed other food sooner :(
