That the pool isn’t really child friendly, the changing rooms do not have any baby changing and no disabled toilets within the pool

The pillows very hard and high. And bathrobes provided in executive rooms very small. Asked for another size they said no.. Very disappointed. As not all customers are size small.. Please have availability of sizes to customers.

The customer services was very great. The breakfast. Mr Joe was very welcoming. Food is excellent.

There are only minor issues (their absence wouldn't lower the quality of the hotel). 1. Water could have been provided free of charge everyday if possible. For example, in many hotels in other countries, water is provided everyday free of charge to the room. And, 2. The outside walls of the hotel could have been improved, such as, changing its color or polishing what is already available.

The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a coffee machine and a kettle. They were very generous with tea and coffee facilities. The room was cleaned everyday. And the breakfast was superb! The location was great too, it was close to all the major attractions and the view was wonderful.

Very busy hotel so no chance of checking in early, not able to use facilities until you’ve checked in.

My only small criticism would be the bed was alottle too hard

The staff were great. They were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and well furnished. The swimming pool was great, clean and a lovely pool. The hotel position was fantastic. Seafront one side and shopping the other.

Looking into the centre of the hotel feels strange from your bedroom window but probably protects from the noise of the road outside so you sleep well

Karen, at the reception, was so professional, very helpful, and generous. She made our stay wonderful and memorable. The hotel is at the perfect location, and the plan of the building is really interesting. Our room, facing the beach, was a very decent size. Strongly recommend staying here.

I needed a night of rest and comfort before an arduous day, and the hotel exceeded that for me. They offered me the most wonderful room, the bed one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in and I felt truly taken care of. All the staff were so kind and helpful. Thank you 🙏🏻 Thank you all. Pool was a bit small but enjoyed the sauna and steam room.

Breakfast had a good variety. Location was excellent. Beds were comfy. Staff were very accommodating and made it special as it was a surprise break for my husband's birthday.

The only downfall was the tv did not work properly, eg couldn’t use Netflix etc and poor connection

The room has a sea view but the glass window was very dirty that really obstructed the view and was a nice view at all to see the sea via the dirt on the window!

The pool. Not well supervised, very busy when we visited, lots of children were running around and diving and bombing into the pool, several clients including our selves left. Needs more staff supervision.

The hotel had a lovely welcoming vibe and the staff particularly the Concierge Gentleman was so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and spacious with two good sized double beds. Excellent breakfast lots of choice, again the staff very helpful. Loved our table was overlooking the sea front.
