Lepine is the most beautiful apartment with everything you could wish and more. The apartment is situated in a quiet leafy street, opposite a lovely park. It’s within walking distance of shops and the beach and parking is free in the adjacent road. We booked our stay to celebrate our 21st wedding anniversary and we were so happy with our choice. Emma the host went above and beyond to make our stay special. There was Prosecco in the fridge, snacks and pain au chocolat for breakfast. We had such a nice time that we didn’t want to leave !

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The unit has everything you need. Emma the host was very helpful and accommodating. Can’t recommend it high enough. All the extra trouble she went to in making my stay more enjoyable was greatly appreciated. Also the property is in such a great position. An easy walk to the shops and the beach and across the road to a beautiful park. It is also exactly as you see it in the photos and very clean.

Absolutely nothing! It was perfect and met all our needs and exceeded our expectations.

There were snacks, chocolate, fruit, and even prosecco in the fridge! Very generous.

Everything was perfect

We loved everything about the property! We were able to drop our bags ahead of check in and headed to the beach to watch the amazing air show. That was really helpful and kind of Emma, our host. The property is a very short walk from the station which was great. Once we returned to the apartment our bags had been left in the apartment and we got to admire the beautiful interior. The apartment is very stylish. It was spotlessly clean and the bedding and towels smelt so fresh. There are lots of extra touches like crisps, fruit and a cocktail per person - Emma really goes above and beyond to make her guests feel welcome. The apartment is in a quiet residential road and we slept so well with no disruption. We cannot wait to return!

Can't say that there was anything we didn't like. The tiles in the kitchen gave me a moment of anxiety as they seemed to mark incredibly easily but after I realised that it wasn't just me I relaxed😅

We loved the style and decor, the quirkiness and the privacy. It was all surprisingly spacious and well planned, with imaginative solutions. This was better than many 'luxury' suites' in hotels that we have stayed in. We had taken some extras for breakfast and it was great to find a few basics were already there for us. The bathroom was lovely, I've gone home wanting to completely re do ours!

The perfect apartment for a trip to Folkestone! It was well equipped with everything you could need as well as some really thoughtful extras. Emma & Clive were great, communicative hosts. Very cool and trendy decor and only a 5 minute walk to the station.

Great accommodation , the design touches , the treats & fruit left for us and a special drink and card for our Anniversary. The room is spacious , comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. Also new TV with Netflix & all channels. The location , near the station is 15 minutes walk to town but that was perfect for us .

A mirror in the main room would be great just so you can see what you look like as getting ready. Lovely big mirror in bathroom but would be great to have a mirror in main room also. Ideally near a power point. My wife was getting ready before wedding and would have been very helpful for her to be able to straighten hair etc and have a mirror nearby so she could see what she was doing rather than me taking a stab at it and butchering it! :-S Also, would be great to have some sort of curtains / blinds over the sky lights as it gets very light very early, especially with it being the summer.

Fantastic location. Beautifully decorated - great colours and very stylish! Lovely touches with the fruit, pain au chocolat, tea and coffee and the little cans of Pimms! :-) Massive and hugely comfortable bed, extremely clean and fresh. Will definitely be back in the future. Emma really looked after us and allowed us to get into the room very early so we could get ready and leave our bags - she was so helpful, attentive and accommodating :-)
