This is a clean and welcoming hotel. Staff are very accommodating and very pleasant. Parking at the hotel is limited, but there is a free car park 50 meters away, so not an issue. Kids playing just outside are a bit noisy but aren't all kids. Staff are happy for you to get a takeaway delivered and there are plenty of places close by to get food. If I had a slight issue that would be with the finish to the rooms, some bits and bobs of decor are quite amateur finished. IE. Silicone around bathroom, painting and general decor. The shower tray feels very flimsy like bendy when you step in the shower, would be better with a stone/resin tray. I would be a bit happier if there was a work desk rather than a little shelf to work on (see pic). I suppose the big question is would I stay here again......YES.

I felt the breakfast could of been a little bit warmer my black pudding was cold in the middle both mornings and personal preference i didnt enjoy the amount of pepper in the mushrooms.

Not much really. All in all nothing to complain about.

A great place for a one/two night stay. Its tucked away in Ebba, but our sta nav took us right there. Reception staff ( lady) was great and although we were there before check in time, our room was ready. Nice room, clean & tidy. When I saw the place online, I thought this was not built as a hotel, and we were correct, it was once a council social cente, but it has been re vamped and decorated & its good. Breakfast ( cooked to order) was super. Car parking on site, foc. Go a long way to find something better for the price. 24gr front deesk, as we had gone out to a concert in Brecon, it was well after midnight before we were back, and lady at front door to greet us.

No evening meals, but easy access to plenty of places to eat so not any real problem. Oh, and if you're a runner, there will be a lot of hills on your route!

A pretty basic hotel but had everything that I wanted and a couple of things that some of the more established hotels could learn from. Really friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast and 2 key points for me were plug sockets next to the bed (this seems to be less common by the day but is really important if you have work to do) and, as a non tea and coffee drinker, a water dispenser on the landing meaning I had lovely fresh, cold water literally on tap. I don't work round that way very often but won't hesitate to stay again if I do. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Room too hot, couldn't really open window because of boy bike racers (not the hotel's fault obviously). A bit stark... Difficult to find - could do with a sign... Awful black box to dispense cold water. It played tunes to me and eventually (really eventually) I got some water out of it. Much too complex, instructions in tiny print, some buttons not working. Junk it and get something simpler. Nescafe... yuch! Get your real coffee rolling and things will be a lot better in the morning.

Bedroom doors need upgraded self-closures to reduce the noise of early risers or late guests! In this day and age instant coffee is a big put-off for a lot of guests. Simple bath shelf avoids older guests having to put toiletries on the floor.

Good price with breakfast included. Parking available but offsite. Fairly quiet location for the area.

- Exceptionally rude, unhelpful staff who don’t communicate with each other - Seem to lack basic hotel items - Very poorly run car parking system, who the staff can’t seem to decide if the spaces are for guests, disabled guests, or for their own staff, and this changes on a daily basis it seems! - Couldn’t sleep at all both nights due to very cold rooms who the manager informed us they can’t control the heating!, flimsy pillows, and thin sheets - COLD COLD COLD COLD rooms - AWFUL wifi - After the disgraceful lack of help from ‘Tristan’ the manager, was told this would be passed over to the ‘director’ for a refund, and you can’t talk to them yourselves, but still waiting to hear anything back!

The room was absolutely tiny. My daughter had to use dining room to revise her stuff. They promised separate beds but when my daughter and husband arrived they said they don't have any. We booked 2 nights but had to go to another hotel second day and they refused to refund it.

Light shining under the bedroom door, easy fix may consider a draft excluder fixed to the door, security light shining into bedroom over curtains may benefit from relocating light or introducing a curtain pillar, general talc needed to update the building.

Friendly staff, clean accommodation, comfy bed. fantastic price and lovely breakfast located within walking distance to centre to town, easy access and free parking with ample space.

Room looked shabby. Breakfast was terrible. Fire alarm going off with a leak in the roof. Tv did not properly work. Wifi was hardly working. Parking was minimal. No place to put toiletries

We returned to Ebbw Vale for short stay after previously living here. We needed a Hotel that was central, fairly priced and provided a safe, comfortable environment. Level Inn was in every sense, OUTSTANDING!!! The staff:- supportive, super friendly and welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their approach and attitude was always to ensure their visitors were put first. We both felt the effort applied by every staff member we spoke to was so very very helpful and caring. Room:- very clean and comfortable. We both have ‘bad backs’ so a comfortable bed is essential for us. The bed was exactly that. Very very comfortable and enabled a great nights sleep. We stayed for 3 nights and each was great. The room was warm and the ambiance felt was very pleasant and relaxing. The shower worked well and had the perfect pressure and was easy to use. The room had a TV with a selection of channels. Hot drinks were on offer and the staff always happy to provide more drinks & biscuits, some of us are copious tea drinkers so the endless tea was a great addition to an already wonderful experience. Breakfast. Fully cooked breakfasts with various options such as vegan alternatives, and bigger portions for a minimum extra amount. Very well cooked and attention to detail also applied to how the food was cooked and presented. Yummy!!!! Parking. No issues what so ever. Each time we returned we had a place to park. We felt at ease knowing it was a secure car park all covered by CCTV. Location. Walking distance to the main Ebbw Vale shopping precinct. Plenty of shops and places to eat. Well known shops and local ones offering a choice of all shopping styles. Summary:- a very well priced Hotel with staff who provide a flawless approach to ensure their visitors are happy, looked after and given the best holiday / break experience. Ideal for: EVERYONE. Lastly, I am an exceptionally fussy person who will make a point of moaning if the slightest of things pi88 me off.

The hotel is nicely positioned in the town a short walk from the high street. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Nicely finished room with modern en-suite bathroom and shower. Tea making facilities in the room, good WiFi, and best of all very comfortable bed.
