Not sure air con was working properly in room (but it might have been us not using the controls properly!)

We were really surprised to receive a free room upgrade on arrival. Room was beautiful with gorgeous free standing bath and separate lounge and kitchen area. Loads of space. Great decor. Located along canal street so busy, lively area and easy to get to other parts of city easily. Although lively area we didn't hear any noise when windows closed. Staff are really welcoming and friendly. Although we didn't use it, lounge and bar felt welcoming and comfy with really lovely decor. Would 100% recommend to others and will definitely be back!

Everything! We were on the 5th floor with the mezzanine rooms. Fully kitted out kitchen, lovely sofa with coffee table and a huge plasma screen tv with smart features so we could hook up netflix. Then upstairs was even better! Comfortable bed, lovely bathroom with bath and a rainfall shower. I spent the afternoon in the room chilling out reading a book, had a bath, made lunch and watched a film.. it was the best day. super relaxing and quiet.

nothing all was excellent. Only minor niggle which I think was a booking .com issue was receiving the option by email to checkin digitally in advance, but when the link was clicked there was no option to checkin!

Location was superb and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. we had a fabulous duplex suite with views across the Manchester skyline. knock out.

I would have liked an additional mirror somewhere other than the bathroom.

Nice atmosphere, staff were friendly and after initial check in, let you come and go as you pleased without unnecessary interactions.

Mattress was a little soft for me. I'm used to a firm bed due to my back issues. Although, many people do like a softer mattress - just my preference for optimal comfort. No complaints from my 18 year old daughter.

Great location. Room was spacious, warm and well equipt. Very large wet room with a lovely shower. Very pleasant bar area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Would have liked some hooks, eg on back of bathroom door, or on entering for wet coats. Water wasn't replenished for 2 night stay.

Great location, super friendly staff, quirky decor, lots of little touches, eg random books, comfy chairs, well thought out wee stock of nibbles with clear details on what was chargeable and what wasn't.

Noise - it's above bars, they provide earplugs and having read other reviews we did know about the noise before we went, it is loud and goes on well past midnight, not a lot the hotel can do Also breakfast, at the price I had assumed it was included, but on checking it isn't, You can buy a croissant from them, but if you want more you need to head out to find a cafe

Spacious rooms, big bathroom, very clean and good facilities. Stayed for a birthday celebration and had put all the birthday decorations I had delivered in room ready for arrival, including some additional rose petals/bottle of fizz from Leven. Great communication throughout and very helpful.

The street noise sadly was not great at night, as it was a Saturday night. Was a shame, otherwise it was wonderful!
