There is a beer garden that backs on to the courtyard and on Saturday nights the noise was so loud. If I were to stay again, id request a room facing away from the courtyard. Other than that it was perfect.

The rooms were spacious even for four of us. It was immaculately clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Close to the docks, restaurants and the city centre. The staff were exceptional. Helped us with anything we asked for and were genuinely happy to have us visit their city.

It was a more expensive than I would have liked, but this was likely exacerbated by my stay being on the last day of the Premier League football season.

Neighbours - there was a strong smell of smoke around the building - not the fault of Stay city but needs monitoring

The shower in the bath, in my opinion this is very dangerous the bath is too high and an accident waiting to happen. Get rid of the bath and just have a shower and put some shelves in so people can put their stuff on.

The view from our room was to a narrow, quite gloomy street, but it didn't really matter to us. The sofa bed opens into two single beds and could have been more comfortable. The bedroom door wasn't really soundproof. The parking is a bit challenging due to narrow spaces, but the location in the basement of the building is useful.

Nice, functional equipped apartment, with everything you need for cooking, a Nespresso machine and even a washing machine and iron. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to many restaurants and bars and also within walking distance from Albert dock. Double bed was nice. Overall, we were satisfied.

It’s not that I didn’t like anything. The only down side was the parking was advertised £15 for your stay. I know check is at 3pm and we arrived at 11.30am to make the most of our day and when we went to pay you have to put in when you’re thinking of leaving the next day, we put in 1pm. The cost was £30. It’s doesn’t say online that if you were parking before check in the price would double. We ended up leaving at 11am the next day.

The apartment we stayed in was amazing, they were clean and comfortable and within walking distance of everywhere. The staff are friendly and helpful from when you arrive.

Minor negatives only. No oven gloves in the apartment. Had to check in online despite standing in front of the staff at the desk. Slightly odd placement of light switches. Would have liked a SMART TV to get Netflix, etc.

Very good location next to the city centre shops & short walk to the conference centre on the docks. Despite this, absolutely no street noise, which is amazing. Clean apartment. Comfortable bed & sofa. Parking (£9/day) underneath. Excellent, fast WiFi.

The rooms were exceptional and clean. Everything you would need is there. Washing machine , dishwasher, heating, fans, hairdryer, ironing board, coffee pod machine, t.v. Have no complaints at all. Staff amazing and so helpful. Very quiet and location first class, only one minute from shops etc.

The lady on reception checking in was super efficient and very welcoming. Our room ( stayed with my son in his 20s) was perfect for us. I wish we had stayed longer. The kitchen facilities were ace and everything super clean (amazing housekeepers)

The fact that we only got 2 keys for a 6 bed apartment was inconvenient, particularly with people coming home at different times and having to ask for a spare key at reception where we were met with reluctance to give one out
