Couldn't turn off the radiators, when the heating came on it was like a sauna. Could do with better lighting in the bedroom, or at least a bedside lamp. Access to sockets meant moving bed .

Good central location. Plenty of room ,it was huge!! Cheap parking nearby .

Not much I didn’t like. Just a few of the floor boards needed fixing as some minor holes near skirting in the main living room/ kitchen area. Also the walls are very thin and could hear the people next door.

Location was great (central). The area was very spacious and for the price it was very reasonable. I would definitely stay again.

Heating was on a timer and we couldn’t turn it down. Bedroom is on a busy road and traffic / party noise went on quite late despite double glazing. Check in was 3-6pm. We were slightly late and got told off! No instructions on email for arriving outside this time.

Spacious and well equipped. Great location. Comfy beds.

The temperature was set very high and no way to adjust. Uncomfortable sleep as a result.

Location is great, clean and tidy due few things broken and need of TLC. Perfect for a night out, but noisy if on family break due to clubs and pubs in area.

Unfortunately we didn’t have any hot water in the shower. There was hot water coming from the toilet and sink, just the shower was freezing.

The property was in an amazing location with lots of food options and perfect for a group stay.

Only 1 thing I would say if you go on a weekend be aware there is a club over the road and is so so loud until 3.30 AM there is no hiding from it even with the windows closed I heard every word to every song then a live band came on at 1.30 am so if your looking for a quiet night I wouldn’t stay here we didn’t mind as we had been out but it was loud

Not didn't like but just be aware, there is a live music venue across the street, can't hear the music but can hear the people who stand outside and chat. Also, top floor with no lift.

Close to a lovely area for the evening and also vintage and eclectic shops and cafes. Full kitchen, apartment well equipped and great value for money.

Smelt of drains when we walked in. The decor is dark & dingy and the whole place is tired and in need of a re-decorate. There were lots of broken bits on the bath and we couldn't for the lives of us figure out how to drain the water after a shower. Fine for a night after being out.

The check in and out process was easy & the apartment is really well located. Does the job for somewhere to crash for a night or 2 in the city centre. Does what it says on the tin for a budget city centre apartment.

Some minor issues: very noisy overnight as next door to a club, the radiators are stuck on full so it's also very hot and the toilet is plumbed into hot water so flushes hot which feels odd. Also smelt strongly of cigarettes on arrival but that is probably the previous guests so not something the hosts could avoid

It was quite loud with bars nearby until around 3am in the morning. The shower wasn't the best, temperature was hard to get right and it wasn't very powerful. The room was in need of a bit of tlc, e.g., wonky cupboards, scratches on the floor etc.

Room was basic but accommodated for our needs. It was spacious and the facilities were good. The beds were very comfy. The host at reception was very friendly and the process was very easy.

I`d say the property was defiantly over priced for the space in the apartment for one night. The additional £200 deposit was not clearly listed when booking the hotel.

location was fairly close where we were visiting in Manchester and the rooms were well kept and there was additional kitchen supplies, The hosts were very polite and welcoming during our stay.
