We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Beautiful spa!. Sadly I was taken ill (not anything to do with the spa) so had to leave very early on which was such a shame as it was a 40th birthday treat but I’m hoping to return at some point!. The grounds are gorgeous and my husband says the food is amazing!.

United KingdomThe rooms are nice but a little outdated.the TV channels good be better too. Some of the staff looked like they didn't want to be there. I paid £45 for a 30mins massage which only lasted 15mins and when I complained via email noone has responded to get a refund.

United KingdomWe was not able to get any form of treatment. As they were fully booked. Also I had a faulty room door which we hadn't noticed that our door was not closing . So that was not checked beforehand. However in the light of this we was upgraded to another. So it was a good experience.. I really enjoyed the botanical gardens.
