When the sofa bed was folded out there was not a lot of space for the three of us and our luggage, but to be fair we knew that would be the case, and the pods have been well laid out to make the most of the available space.

Lovely pods. Quite compact for two parents and a child, but it had everything you needed in it. Location was quite hidden away but at the same time very central and easy to get to Kirkwall and Stromness. Our host was also very helpful when we thought our ferry off the island was going to be cancelled (it wasn't in the end...)

Beautifully appointed space with deck chairs and a table and chairs outside as well to enjoy the magnificent scenery, the incredible sunrise and sunset! The pod is lovely and comfortable. Loved it. Thank you

Lilly’s Lodges are an absolute gem in Orkney! The Hedgehog Lodge was clean, well furnished and and fully organised for our stay. We had access to a full-equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, sofa, bathroom with shower and outside terrace with tables and two chairs. Super recommended!

It was a little squishy, but we were only there to sleep!

This was like living in a fairytale. Our own little hobbit house! Although there was no wifi there was cellular coverage, which worked fine! The view was incredible and the sheep were cute!

The sofa bed was a little uncomfortable but that is usually the case isn’t it? People using cpap machines might find it a little awkward as the PowerPoints are at the wrong end of the bed. An extension cord might be a helpful thing to have available? Just a suggestion 🙂

Lodges are in such a pretty location and were perfect, beautiful views, country seclusion, lots of farm animals around and just such a special spot.

the scenery was amazing. the location is quiet and calming. we had a very relaxing stay in the lodge. the sheep were so cool and cute. my little toddler really loved watching them. everything was clean and comfortable. the host was super nice and patient. they gave me the code to get in the lodge soon after i booked the lodged but when i landed in country i was not able to pull up the conversation in the app. however she was so quick to respond and check in was smooth even after all the tech problems. we will definitely stay in lillys lodge when we come back in orkney.

Stripping our own linen was unexpected and 10am is an early check out, especially after our late arrival, but no big deal.

Loved staying in the pod, and the self check-in was perfect for our late arrival from the boat, the sofa-bed design was excellent, pretty location.

would be good to have mesh on velux window and patio door to save insects flies etc coming in. shower was in need of being re sealed.

Location was lovely and peaceful. The lodge itself was very clean and comfortable. Had everything essential. Bathroom a decent size compared to some. Altogether a lovely place to unwind.

Nice little lodge with a central location on Orkney. The equipment was optimized to get the most out of the smaller space to cook, sleep, eat and simply be there. Everything was also set up with love and care. And the view was simply amazing, we loved waking up to see the sheep grazing in the fields around the lodge and the sea a bit further away. Every lodge also comes with it's own parking space right next to it.

All good. Was as billed, so nothing negative to add.

Location was great. Very peaceful with great views, and a great way to unwind. The lodge was reminiscent of an old caravan holiday from my youth.
