Fantastic stay, on arrival greeted with the most friendly hosts viki & rory, complementry drinks as we arrived as our train journey was very stressful on the way down due to cancelations, Room was spotless , roomy, beds was comfy with fridge, good tea and coffe facilities, great location, would 100% stay here again on our next trip to blackpool & would reccomend to others.

Fantastic stay at the boomerang. From the moment we arrived Vicky and Roary were very welcoming. The rooms were clean and the bed was one of the comfiest we have ever stayed it. We will definitely be visiting again very soon.

NO CENTRAL HEATING Oil heater given as replacement incapable of heating a cupboard, let alone a whole room even when left on for 12 hours. Wi-Fi and password did not work, tv remote didn’t work. Hot water tap barely a trickle, so basically no hot water. Shower warmed up after several minutes Potential bed bugs, woke up with bites. Before you even consider booking - ring to see if they have fixed their central heating - it really is required. It’s such a shame because Vicki and Rory were lovely.

The owners Rory and Viki we so accomodating from the very first part of the booking they are absolutely fantastic, great people who were hosts and are now friends. Location is brilliant and I wouldn't stay anywhere else if this property is available. Comfortable beds clean rooms, nice bar and for any ex matlow (what a great mess deck) for non matlows I mean Bar area. Fully recommend.

I Can't fault this place at all.. the only thing we didn't like, was, leaving!!!

As soon as we stepped through the door, the hosts Rory and Vicky welcomed us so warmly we felt like we had known them eons. We had planned on dropping our bags and exploring a little. However, we couldn't help but admire the hotel. The walls are decorated in beautiful drawings from previous guests, paraphernalia from 'the outback' photos of beautiful moments, and not forgetting Rorys past career as a serviceman. I was thrilled to see the old school tabletop video games, though I didn't get a chance to play.. it certainly was a blast from the past. We met a wonderful long-term guest and indeed never left the hotel, we had such a great time exchanging stories and laughs, singing, and great banter, with him and our hosts. Rory and Vicky are exceptional hosts, drink prices were brilliant, and Vicky kindly stocked up on our favourites.. Nothing is too much for them, honest, hard working, salt of the earth hosts. We were lucky enough to share in their 5 year celebration and will never forget these folks.. Whether they want to forget us or not, we will be back shortly.. The room was beautifully clean and tidy, the facilities excellent, much more than one would expect in a hotel. Even down to the makeup mirror, for the ladies, the attention to detail is brilliant. Clean comfortable beds and loads of room for myself and my disabled friend. Plenty of towels, hanging space, and it was great we had a separate loo and shower. Normally, we visit Blackpool to see the funny girls, we have stayed in many hotels, but now we will always return to the Boomerang. Quiet street, yet really close to the beach, the tower and bars and restaurants. I really do advise you to have a drink at the Boomerang Bar before you go out! You might not make it out, but this matters not, Rory and Vicky are lovely folks, as I've mentioned and made our mini break 100% better than usual. OH!

Everything, the hotel was clean, location fantastic right in the centre near the tower and Vicky and Rory were the perfect hosts, They couldn’t do enough for us. We had a right laugh with them lovely couple.

Great location. Lovely couple friendly helpful always asking if needed anything and If was ok, which made feel comfortable. Quiet ( good night sleep ). Comfy bed spacious room all what need in room you got it. Bar area even though didn't use looked spot on ( even sold my fave drink ) great weekend great stay. Will be back most defiantly.

I really liked as soon as I walked in was greeted by Viki and Rory and the way they made me feel so welcome, After settling into room came back down and once again welcomed, had great chat and banter, just felt so comfortable. After going out for the evening, came back a little late and admit bit pickled, but once again, welcomed home. Only way to explain is, if you wan't a fun, friendly and lovely place to stay in Blackpool Boomerang is for you.

The hosts and staff Vicki and Rory and Josh, were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, they treated us like family. The location was great as we were just around the corner from all the shops and the winter gardens was straight across the road. We will definitely be going back.
