During our visit, we encountered a notable issue with the cleanliness of one of the walls adjacent to a bed where one of our party members was sleeping. Regrettably, the condition of the wall left much to be desired as it exhibited significant dirtiness. Upon closer inspection, the substance present on the wall resembled something akin to… snot? Although, to be fair, we could not definitively confirm its nature.

Situated near Paddington station and the underground, the hotel boasts an absolutely ideal location. For those seeking convenience and accessibility, this is an excellent choice. However, it's important to note that the room I stayed in was a bit compact for accommodating three people with three single beds. If you prioritize ample space, I would recommend booking a single room instead. Nevertheless, if your primary requirement is a comfortable place to sleep, this room exceeded my expectations and provided more than enough comfort.

- The room was very small - No table to put your breakfast or take-away dinner on and no chairs either - The twin bed was too small even for me and my 6 year old daughter - Vacuum cleaning under the beds would be appreciated! I put my suitcase there and it came out somewhat messy

I loved the position ! Is really close to the centre in my opinion ! We were three 20yo and we had so much fun ! The stuff is incredible, soo polite , and also they kept our luggage for the day of the departure . Really recommend !

There isn't a room for the luggages (before the check-in and check-out you need to leave them in the basement without any surveillance). There are no European adapters for electronic devices available.

The walls are very thin and you can hear every movement from upstairs and next door, cleaners were doing a room above us from 8am and the noise was awful but we did see this on reviews so we knew we might have this issue

Location was really good! So close to Paddington and Hyde park. Rooms were very clean and had fresh towels. Reception staff and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

There are many stairs. There is no elavator. Everytime I left this hotel, I had to leave the room key.

Bed was a bit hard, but much better than many hotels i have stayed in. I had a room above me and could hear the people stomping about (I think they were packing) quite late, but this was only one night out of 4. Room was a bit crampoed (I was told it was the smallest double in the hotel.

Brilliant location for tube,rail and bus connections, also an easy walk down Edgeware Road to Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner. 24 hour reception really is 24 hour reception. Room serviced every day without asking, Big towels !! TV worked well. Staff very friendly.

I was asked to show my Id to check in (when it was late as well) which I didn’t have and never asked in the UK (it is normal when travelling abroad). Anyway, it was sorted as last by filling the form. Next morning, the receptionist was very nice and kind, made his way out of the desk to help me with the pram even I didn’t ask for 😇👏

A few rooms were under renovation-- though no noise -- but might have benefitted from a kitchenette with microwave and fridge.

Good location, easy accessibility to all types of public transport. Near good restaurants (a lot of halal options). family rooms in the basement, though was very warm 32 C in London but we were provided with air conditioning. Which was a bonus. Happy with cleanliness.

I was a bit surprised that the inner lock did not work, and as a result housekeeping ended up opening the door when I was in the room. The receptionist told me that the fire brigade asked the hotel to disable the locks, but this is the first time I hear of this, and I have stayed in many London hotels.

The room was of good size with decent furniture and the staff is very kind. Also, the reception is open 24 hours. This location is ideal for me as it is very well linked with train and tube and there are many options for a quick meal and breakfast.

Perfect location for exploring and very friendly staff, only downside the steep stairs and no lift, no problem for us, but request a lower floor if needed. The staff are lovely and I am sure they would happily assist you 😁
