The entrance hall had a very worn red rug that had seen better days. The bed in my room was a pullout bed on a very uncomfortable squeeking base. The undersheet on the bed was actually a waterproof mattress protector. The incredibly cramped space between the bed & the dressing table.

The 5 star goes to the member of staff, Hashi, on duty the night duty of 28th/29th Dec 2023. He was absolutely superb. The friendly smile as I trugged in to Hotel reception on a wet blustery Dec night, was so welcoming and genuine. Although I had to rise @ 5am for airport pick up, Hashi had a hot cup of coffee poured for me while waiting the pick up!! THAT is customer service at its best. As for the hotel room, it was so cramped, it proved physically difficut to get from the bed to the dressing table! . The room itself needed a fresh coat of paint and the room itself was freezing the night I was there, with no extra blanket ot throw in the room that might help. The double bed was a pull out bed on an uncomfortable squeeky base. I could go on but I wont. As I said at the start of my review the member of staff on duty that night, was the hotel's saving grace and it's solid gold star.

I only disliked the smell of the bedroom. Too floral.

It's a great hotel, comfortable and clean, super close to Luton aiport, in a quiet neighbourhood. We only stayed for one night, the breakfast was good.

Rooms are very very small, you can barely turn around, but it is good value for money.

I like the location, as it is close to Capability Green business park. I like the full English breakfast. And restaurant has good options for dinner.

The bed had no head board so the pillows kept slipping down between the bed and the wall. Also the bed was made up an had a belt tying down one end. the duvet was tucked so far under the bed and held in place with a belt that my shoulders were not covered. Also the heater was not on in the room and when I woke up it was cold.

Car park is terrible. Idiots can't park there Chelsea tractors correctly and leave no room to get in or out.

The room was very tiny. We booked with a dog and we couldn't even open the bathroom door if one of us was not on the bed. Not suitable for 2 people and a dog! Made our stay a little disappointing.

Hotel was very grand upon entrance. Friendly staff and very clean. Facilities on offer was lovely and free breakfast included in the price.

Shower/bath could of done with a shower curtain/ screen as when I showered the water went everywhere or had a leaky pipe?

When we entered the room, it was freezing. The heating wasn't on. We turned it on and went to the bar for a drink to let it warm up. I was shocked to be charged £10.95 for a glass of wine! The room was basic. There is no room to move around the bed. The plug socket is upside down, and the USB ports are not working. Breakfast was quick to come out but was undercooked and not very warm.

The public area's is very nice. Staff nice and friendly.

Being a vegetarian, breakfast is a bit minimal in choices.

The staff was very kind and helpful, I felt safe and welcome. Room clean & calm, good restaurant on site, good neighbourhood, 3mn walk from the bus stop to the train station - a 10mn ride away.

Although the budget room was well priced, it was very small indeed. Barely big enough for 2. However, it was OK as we were only staying briefly. I was desperately thirsty in the morning because the room was very warm and I didn't want to use the tap water in the room to drink as it was warm too and difficult to access in the tiny sink. I was disappointed to be charged £2.90 for a bottle of water to have with my breakfast roll! I think that if a takeaway breakfast is allowed for B&B guests, then at least a drink could be provided too.

This is a clean and well furnished hotel and quite smart too. It was well located for an early morning drive to parking for Luton airport. The Sicilian restaurant within the hotel was excellent with very good service and food. A breakfast roll was provided for our early departure to the airport as I'd paid for B&B. The budget room was well priced. There is parking on site but it's limited and quite a squeeze in sone sections.

Flooded room fiest cold second room as aboce

The first small room not disabled fllooded in rhe night moced to very cold room. Slept wirh clothes on. Breakfast exxclent but no kerchup and not told wheee salt and pepee were. No smile from staff all just seemed to be going through rhe motipns of doi g the job. However cleaners were helpful and smiling and took my xases to receptiln zs no obe tbere ti adk till later.

The room was very tight for space. As you were walking around the bed, you were hitting your legs off the metal sides, and the mattress was too small for the bed it would have suited one person better I think that's what it was for as there was a kettle and 1 cup.
