Back door was hard to open. Water coming out of hot tap was ridiculous, too hot for children Chairs would have been nice in garden. Not enough seating in living room for 7 of us. No spare bedding for sofa bed . I personally found it cold even with heating on .

Comfy beds . Nice decor . Parking around the back was a bonus .

The whole property requires some investment especially in the bathroom as the facilities are quite poor. It's a shame there is only one bathroom for the number of people the house can accommodate.

Road noise due to single glazed windows. Noise from next door neighbour due to being semi-detached. Bedrooms too light due to not having blackout curtains. Having to park on the road as no private offroad parking.

Not much nearby in terms of pubs or restaurants or takeaways - needed a car for everything.

Lots of space, in a small private house with garden was great just outside of town. The host made check in and out really easy remotely and were really pleasant to deal with.

Unfortunately we had to park across the road, this wasn't noted in the description of the property. Luckily we managed to find parking. My husband emailed the property owners and explained there was a strong smell of tobacco smoke as we entered the property. We are a non-smoking family, but didn't want this to be noted on our records. We did get a response immediately, which we are grateful for. Thankyou

The bathroom had a few issues - damaged wall, shower pressure was awful, curtain rail was precarious. Walls were thin and neighbours were unfortunately very noisy...

Location was excellent, so easy to find and get back onto motorway the next morning. The rooms were great sizes. The decor was nice, everything was super clean and tidy. Excellent customer service from the booking team! Plenty of on street parking Close to local shop and a nice playground for the kids

Exceptionally clean house, beds comfortable with lovely cotton linen & nice white towels. House had everything we needed except for lighter for gas hob, which should have been in drawer. Management company on hand to report & adding to their check list in future. Was a little shop within walking distance so we were able to get matches!! Easy reach of zoo & Chester shopping. Management company very helpful ringing & emailing before our visit with checking in details etc.

On entering the property it was clear that it does not match the photographs. It is sparesly furnished and needs decoration. The sitting room was ok but certainly not homely. Basically it had a sofa bed, a chair, a coffee table, a lamp and a tv. The side window had no curtain so nobody would be able to use the room due to lack of privacy. The kitchen had basics but the worktop wss damaged by previous guest putting hot pans on and needed changing. The back garden is unkempt. The bathroom had mould around tiles and cracked tiles. The main bedroom was ok but the carpet frayed as was the other rooms. The bed was 2 singles pushed together with a topper to make it look like a double. The bedding was clean but the mattresses are stained. The curtains are cheap and didnt block the light meaning an early rise.The othe room has 3 single beds which were clean. The walls are paper thin and the noise from neighbours and the road were bad meaning a restless night. All in all if I had wanted to book student accommodation, I would have booked a hostel and it would have been cleaner and less damaged. If you book this, take pictures on arrival as we did, as they also take £100 out of your babk without permission and hold it in case of damages, which we also found: flooring damaged, stains on floors in bathroom and main bedroom, stains on walls, broken radiator covers, scratched bathroom sink, broken plug socket in main bedroom and leaking shower. We would have moved out but as we had paid so much, we put up with and spent as much time out as possible. My advice. Stay in thr heart of Chester it would be cheaper and probably cleaner. Also expect quite a few phone calls prior and on arrival from Outlook, up to the point you complain and then silence.

The house provides easy access to Chester, Chester Zoo and the Aquarium at Ellesmere Port. As travelling with adult son, having a house with 2 bedrooms, it was more convenient than staying in a hotel.

There is not much not to like, the house is on the outskirts of the city centre. We stayed over for race day and it was impossible to get a taxi so we needed up walking the 45 minutes back. Ordinarily I don't think there would be an issue but we found out the hard way. Price is charged per person which made it more expensive even though one person had to sleep on the pull out bed. Would have preferred a flat rate for the house so we could have had an extra friend stay or not lose out if someone cancelled.

Great house, loads of space and has everything you could need. Beds were comfortable and it was clean and tidy. Access via key safe made it easy to check in and out. Tea and coffee etc provided as were towels and shower gel. Would definitely stay again.
