Welcoming host and a fantastic space. It was quiet, cosy and incredibly relaxing. Even though we were away to have a break from our kids, we really appreciated the family friendly touches running through the property.

The only tiny hiccup for us was that there had been a power cut which knocked out the boiler and WiFi, but this was just one of those things and the hosts did try to resolve it for us as soon as they could - Other than that, a lovely stay!

Lovely accommodation, close to local amenities (chip shop, Co-op, Chinese, Tesco and pubs etc). Very nice layout with dedicated parking spot. The hosts were very helpful and friendly, and we loved the sound of the chickens running about outside. Located just off the main road, though could hardly hear the traffic at all.

We where heading to Glastonbury festival and wanted a place to stay the night before for ease, we found this place quite last minute on booking.com and couldn’t believe our luck. Great location, hosts where so responsive via message and lovely to meet. It’s a shame we only experienced it for a few hours. All 4 of us said we would love to come back and stay another time for a little remote getaway.

If you have a little one that is a climber you may want to bring ask about a stairgate, as although lots of amenities for toddlers, there was plenty for my little one to climb on and fall off of and bang her head. Which is not a criticism at all- just be aware of the (gorgeous) hard wood flooring.

It was exceptionally well presented, and there is a large garden with a climbing frame. It was a lovely property. Very high quality furnishings and crockery. Also the little touches like the coffees and sugar, and condiments - so helpful

We had a lovely stay at Little Doric it was warm, comfy and homely. The toys were a massive hit with our 2 year old and having the cot and highchair there was really useful. Good location with parking. 20 minutes to Longleat 🙂

Stairs are a bit steep and it does have low ceilings upstairs but 6ft plus husband managed ok.

Lovely accommodation with parking. Everything you could need with a baby they had. Well appointed, very clean and cosy. Lovely garden with a play frame and chickens to keep the children occupied.

Would highly recommend. Accommodation was spotless, the added little details of toiletries, beds made up, fluffy whites just add to the charm. The bonus of having Wi-Fi was a god send. The owners are so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing stay at Little Doric. It had everything we needed durying our stay and was close to all the places we wanted to visit. The bed was very comfortable and the shower nice and hot. We were very lucky to find it available and would definetely come back!

The cottage was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. The only thing we struggled with was the height of the ceiling in the bedroom which was low.
