Nice cabin, good hot tub, good fishing lake, we asked about arriving early for a few hours fishing before check in and staff were great about it. Also let us check in early anyway. Great base for a trip into Bridlington.

Decking by the lake was beautiful.. Even though the weather wasn't great we still sat outside with our tea. Hot tub was lovely and hut really nice.

No gate on decking and gap under fence around decking that would allow dog or small child under in to lake.

Right on the lake with large decking area. Hot tub ready on arrival and easy to use. More in the lodge than expected, heating, coffee machine etc were not advertised. Said iron, board and hair dryer could be requested but they were all in there.

There is no public transport so you need your own vehicle ideally, though this is not the properties fault. The small feeezer in the fridge didn't work as the door didn't stay closed. The hot tub was warm and a good size but some of the jets were not working.

The lodge we stayed in was on the edge of the fishing pond. It was for four people and although only two of us went it felt spacious enough for four. It is decorated beautifully, it was clean and has everything you need. The staff were very helpful when we arrived. Having a hot tub was lovely and the fact it was sunk into the decking with fencing around made it feel very private and not overlooked. It was lovely to sit on the deck listening to the wild fowl on the pond and watching the dragon flies on the sun.

Mattress is in desperate need of replacing, was a real shame as very uncomfortable downstairs main bed.. simple fix and would return if changed

A few minor repairs needed to be made such as toilet flush, but this did not effect the use. Surfaces such as tables and kitchen sides had few spillages and sugar on them upon arrival and used coffee pods in the machine and laying around which we cleaned up.

The Cabin was beautiful and bigger than expected, very cosy and at a very good price. The staff was really helpful and provided all the utilities needed for the stay. The sight was well kept and peaceful

It was just the comfort of the beds and sofas that let it down. We were all having back problems after sleeping in beds. You could feel every spring. If new mattresses were put in - we would be back in a heartbeat.

We were very impressed with Little Eden all around. Clean, tidy, modern and lovely hot tub. The staff were friendly too :)

Some parts of the wood are water damaged (shower room) floor which was holding a damp smell. Beds were not comfy at all. No signal at all in the area and no WiFi available either. Curfew in place for noise but that didn't stop the party of drunk women on site coming to ask us if we had food and singing way in to the night and no signal to call management to assist. Some cabins on sight are currently being refurbished and work going on on site too which if you wanted a quiet getaway I wouldn't choose to go here right now. Plenty of spiders as expected but outside of cabin looked like it needed a good scrub.

The log cabin was amazing, couldn't fault the facilities inside shower, bath, kitchen. Well heated throughout. Close enough to all the places we wanted to visit. Gorgeous wildlife around (robins, rabbits, ducks). No major noise complaints. Hot tub very warm and clean looking. Room sizes are great!

The beds weren't very comfortable at all as the springs could be felt all the way through the mattresses which we didn't expect for a luxury lodge.

We weren't sure what to expect after reading terrible reviews about the lodges but thankfully we had a lovely modern 3 bedroom lodge with a fantastic hot tub in a nice setting and everything was very clean. The lady who showed us around was very friendly and helpful and the park will be beautiful when it's all finished.

Nothing major. There were a couple of stray hairs and under the beds could do with a proper clean (my mum noted these but her cleanliness standards are very high!) Pillows could have been better and mattresses weren’t brilliant. Maybe needs a lick of paint and a deep clean outside. But absolutely nothing that would prevent us going back - all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even the dog. Oh and no WiFi - but only the children were bothered by that, and actually could be a positive!

It was very spacious, enough room for everyone (nana, mum, 2 children aged 12 and 10 and a black lab). It was dog friendly which is great! The hot tub was very good, lovely and warm, and clean, and it was really nice to sit and relax in the evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped (including a dishwasher) and plenty of cupboard space to store food. The lounge was very comfy. Excellent bedroom space including an en suite and 2 walk in wardrobe/cupboards. Location really good - Fraisthorpe beach great, including for dogs, and we also enjoyed going to Bridlington, Sewerby Hall and Flamborough. Azzurro restaurant (very good) only 10 mins easy walk away (you can sit outside with dogs). Friendly and helpful staff. The site itself was lovely - well kept and really good sized plots. No issues with noise. Overall a really enjoyable stay, would definitely go back - and really glad I ignored the negative reviews!

very close to a landfill site which caused a terrible smell…. made sitting outdoors almost unbearable. couldn’t eat or drink outside because of it
