It was a lovely cosy welcoming property. The owners had put a Christmas tree up and some other Christmas decorations which were really nice touches. It was all very clean and well decorated. The welcome pack was also a nice touch. The owners were really communicative and helpful both before and during our visit

Excellent hosts & communication. Apartment very smart & clean, with everything that you could possibly need provided. The hosts very kindly left a welcome hamper, which after an awful journey was hugely appreciated. Information provided in both the house book & by the hosts themselves was invaluable & we used their recommendations both for eating out & travel. Parking on site was also a very big plus for us :)

Although the bed was big, the mattresses were too soft for us but that’s a personal preference. Pillows could do with being more substantial. .

Tastefully decorated, well equipped, good heating and plenty of hot water - we didn’t have the best weather so it was good to have somewhere warm and cosy to come back to. Very friendly and helpful hosts, went above and beyond by giving us a lift into town on both nights of our stay.

We loved our stay at Little Haven. It's a great size, the personal arrival touches are fab (so thoughtful). The bed is exceptional comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Parking is great and the hosts kept in touch brilliantly prior to our arrival

I can honestly say that my family and I didn't find anything we did not like about Little Haven.

The property is beautifully maintained and presented. The owner was very helpful and had provided a wonderful breakfast. The location was excellent and really peaceful.

Having to come home.

Lovely quiet area close to Dartmouth town. When we went into Dartmouth we used the 90 bus service which dropped us off at the pontoon £4 return each, saved the hassle of parking the car. The apartment was very clean and well furnished and the breakfast hamper plentiful. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom was large with a two windows. The bed was massive and very comfy, you could get lost in it! The bathroom was big too and the shower efficient. The lounge has a large three seater sofa and dining table for two with a view of the owners garden and the Guinea pigs. We stayed for 4nights and would thoroughly recommend this accommodation for two people.

Nothing except the weather!

A bottle of Prosecco with a welcome card. Generous amount of food left for breakfast for our 3 day stay. The owners sent a list of restaurants on booking the accommodation and offered to book a table for us. Plenty of towels, shower and shampoo were available. The owners lived next door but we had a high degree of privacy. We were given their mobile phone number if there was anything that we required.

Truly - nothing really except the distance from town. But in saying this, the walk into town was about 15 minutes and the advice to get the No. 90 bus back up the hill was fabulous!

The breakfast basket and fridge extras including sausages, milk, bacon etc were very generous

Nothing as it was lovely

Breakfast hamper was amazing every thing you could have wanted. Accommodation was excellent spacious and very well equipped. Location was great…10 minute walk down hill to town 15 minutes back… all up hill but we don’t mind walking. There are buses outside if if preferred. Hosts were great txted to see if we were ok and anything we needed. Would stay here again for sure.

There wasn’t really anything we didn’t like but we didn’t realise how far it was from the town.

The host had left a basket with breakfast items and cooked breakfast items in the fridge which was a very welcome touch. The property was neat and clean and we could use the garden. We enjoyed chatting to the guinea pigs!! Very good communication from the host checking that we were ok was also nice.
