Great little spot, quiet, private and easy parking. All facilities are excellent, was nice to have an oven while away from home! Emma and Neil are a lovely couple, cookies were a nice touch! Looking forward to more stays here

Well thought out small property. Tastefully decorated and comfortable.. The welcome pack was delicious and very much appreciated after a long drive.

Little Rosslyn was a super place to stay for our short break. Situation is perfect for visiting surrounding area..

The only minor issue we had was working out the array of power / isolation and lighting switches. Suggestion - some labelling or instructions in the manual would have assisted, particularly for non UK guests not familiar with electrical isolation/fuse provisions. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay at Little Rosslyn.

The facilities provided in a reasonably compact, but very comfortable space were excellent. The location was easy to find and very quiet. There are options for meals in Stanley wihin easy walking distance. Car parking beside the accommodation is as convenient and secure as you can get. The historic Stanley Mills are worth a visit.

The large windows were great to let the light in, but it also meant a lack of privacy. There were blinds, but these were opaque and so not ideal to achieve a little more privacy during daylight hours. Overall this didn't detract from my stay.

The studio was clean, comfortable, well equipped for a short stay and the owners welcoming. Ideal for me to be able to park adjacent to the property.

Feel there could have been more transparency from hosts in availability to look after our dog so we could have sought a plan B when we made the request weeks before the booking as we had to cancel what we had booked to go and see at fringe and lost money.

Spacious, well laid out and size, the cookies were a nice touch as was the dog bags and bowl. Bed was really comfy. Hosts were very friendly.

What a lovely place - it was absolutely spotless with great facilities and just what we needed. We were travelling back to Yorkshire from Orkney so decided to break up our journey by staying near Perth and I'm glad we chose this place. The village of Stanley was very pleasant and thanks to the excellent information book provided by our hosts we decided to make the short trip to beautiful Scone Palace the following day before heading home. Our dog also highly recommends! Wish we had a longer stay and really hope we can come again in the future

The host was beyond friendly and the instructions were very clear--It can be a bit fiddly to get Google Maps to find the place, but if you follow the host's instructions you can get there no problems at all. The room was newly decorated and spacious. The facilities were plenty, including a fully equipped full size kitchen (with a small fridge). The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable (I think it was a double). Overall, if the location and budget fits, don't think twice, this room is perfect.
