This is a lovely property which appears brand new. Very nicely decorated and fitted out. The location is good for all amenities in the town, and has good off-road parking. Annie the host is very helpful.

The location couldn’t have been better for Snowdon, Dinorwic quarry, Anglesey and Betws y Coed etc and looked like it was the best house in the town ! It had plenty of room and everything you could ever need.

I can’t fault the property itself it’s 10/10 The highstreet could offer better shops and restaurants but there are other local towns to explore around

The property was immaculate! Can’t fault it one bit. You can smell and see the house has been thoroughly cleaned, it has a homey smell and feel to it, it’s modern, has all the appliances you may need, plenty of space. A lot of time, effort and money has gone into this from the owners and it’s well appreciated by guests. Location is perfect to start a walk up the summit.

What a beautiful house. The property was amazingly clean, warm and welcoming. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had everything we needed for a lovely stay as a group of three friends. The location was ideal and the locals were all so friendly. The lovely owner had left us some cake and milk which was a great touch!

The house was modern and immaculate but also so cozy and festively decorated for the Christmas/new year holiday when we stayed there. So warm and comfortable and just perfect for our small family gathering. A variety of nature walks right out the door and the locals were so welcoming to us on NYE! Can't recommend it highly enough! Thank you so much to the owners who put so much effort into ensuring a brilliant stay.

The house was comfortable, relaxing very good views of the mountain. It was a short walk from the llamberis path. The host was amazing she was only a phone call away and answered our call straight away. The beds were comfortable and the house was nice and clean. The kitchen and lounge was open space so we could be cooking and enjoying the company of all our friends at the same time.I don’t have a bad word to say about this property. It was luxury stay. When we say it was equipped with everything we had shower gel shampoo conditioner in every bathroom the toilet tissue was topped up for our stay and we also had radox which was amazing from when we finished our hike of Snowden. It has an iron with ironing board washing machine and all the utensils in the kitchen. So over all yes it was amazing!

The accommodation was brilliant and just what we needed for our stay. The house was immaculate, it had everything we needed and more, location for climbing Snowdon was perfect and we just really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we were only able to stay a couple of days but love visiting the area so will absolutely be back.

As a party of four ladies we would have preferred dressing tables in the bedrooms, rather than chest of drawers…

The house felt like new! Exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It has a lovely layout. A Utility Room was fabulous for boots and dogs to get clean and dry off… The heating was very efficient and there was hot water in abundance. The house is beautifully furnished and a real home from home. The bedding felt high quality. Lots of room to park. As you can tell, we loved it!

The only issue we had was the main bathroom lock was very stiff.

The Lodge was very comfortable and felt homely. We were close by to the start of Llanberis Path to climb mount Snowdon.

Everything was amazing with the property and the host ,Annie, was so welcoming. I was there with my wife and two friends as I was competing in Llanberis in an endurance triathlon and the property was perfect for all of our needs, from location to preparing meals and knowing that when I finished, I had somewhere cosy to come back to.

stunning house, exceptionally well appointed for a self catering accommodation and like the face it was at the quieter end of the high street, but still only a 5-10 min walk to all the eateries. Annie was a fab host and so warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Price was a little high compared to other places around the area, but the house is much better than other hotels and properties.

Amazing house in an amazing location. Great communication with our host, and clean facilities throughout the house. It felt like a home from home, and was a great place to come back to after a days walk up Snowdon!

Wifi was an issue during the stay.

A very modern property throughout, with quality fit and finish. Very comfortable rooms and powerful showers - the property has 1 WC downstairs, 1 family bathroom & 1 en-suite shower upstairs. Location was excellent, especially if you're planning to climb Mt Snowdon, Llanberis path is a 10-15min walk from property to the start. Parking was good too, property comes with off road parking for 3 cars which was most welcome, as road parking in the village was busy.

Could not get the TV to work but as we were involved in a number of activities locally and there was a good range of games provided, we did not really miss it. Could have been more of a problem if the weather had been bad but with hosts next door I am sure it would have been sorted out.

Friendly host, warm welcome and advice about locality. Very comfortable and plenty of room for all the family.
