The lodge is abit tired looking. The rug in the living room either needs a good clean or replaced.

As others have said, the pillows and bed are definitely on the firm side. Would be better if there were some kind of screens so the other lodges didn't have a direct view into your hot tub.

The lodge is fairly basic but it has everything you need and I don't think it is advertised as anything that it's not. The location is stunning and the view from the living room/balcony/hot tub is incredible. Food in the hotel restaurant is good. TV works, the heaters work, the hot tub works. Would definitely go back.

I didn't like that the check in was 4pm and had to be out for 10am you don't get enough time to enjoy the day also I feel that there should be a privacy screen that you can put up to stop anyone from each lodge looking in when you are in the hot tub

I liked that we had the hot tub and 2 bedrooms would be good to come with my family

that the sauna wasn’t working. no towels for guests staying at the lodges. breakfast is extra considering it’s nearly £300 a night. rooms need revamped.

The bed was absolutely rock solid. The pillows were fine. We stayed in Lodge 8 which didnt have a smart tv. It was just your freeview. It was our anniversary trip away and i contacted the hotel/lodge to ask about what could be offered like wine/chocolate/rose petals and they completely ignored me.

LOVED the View onto the Loch. Sitting in the hot tub with those views is something else. Kitchen was well equipped. Place was dated but clean. Tea/Coffee/Salt and Pepper were provided.

Nothing, it's an amazing place. If I'm being picky. It would be good to have something under the hot tub steps to stop them slipping when you get in and out but, it's a very minor thing.

Amazing lodge, had everything we needed for our break - it was great to cook breakfast and eat on the balcony, overlooking the Loch! The view is absolutely stunning, so beautiful. The hot tub was a great feature as well. They are kept really clean (someone came round daily). The Lodge was really comfortable and we loved every second of our stay! Having the hotel next door was also great and we ate dinner there every night but it was lovely to be able to.go back to the lodge afterwards. The staff are all lovely and the food is fantastic (especially love the chowder!).

The decor is very dated and could do with being updated. The beds are rock hard! The shower has no power in it! No instructions on how to work the heaters in the bedrooms and hallway.

Very hard to find anything bad, might be a bit hard to get to the city if one does not come with a car.

An amazing view on the lake, there was a massive hot tub in the terrace with super warm water which was a great thing after a day long hike. The rooms were well equipped and in a very good state. The service was amazing. Located 20 mins drive from the city which offers lots of peace.

The restaurant in the hotel needs music and a bit more ambient lighting. The food is quite basic. I did expect the food to be better but it wasn’t bad.

Absolutely loved my 2 night stay. The location of the lodges couldn’t be any better. Right on the water with the best view of the Loch. I had looked at loads in the glencoe area and this one definitely was the best option. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The lodge has everything you need. Very comfy beds. The food in the restaurant wasn’t amazing but it was nice enough for hotel food and right next to the lodges so ok for quickness if you want dinner nearby. I would definitely recommend the lodges and would like to book in for longer next time.

Beds way too firm. Check-in a bit late and check-out a bit early, given our one night stay. Bit pricey for what it is. Including breakfast in the cost would have been a nice touch.

The twin beds were extremely firm and the couches are sagging in the middle. A detailed how to for the washer/dryer would be extremely helpful to those of us who never use them.

It was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was spotless and the view magical. The food was delicious.

The interior of the lodge is quite tired and dated, however clean and well equipped. Restaurant was good but expensive.
