Bed was uncomfortable and springs were noisy as were the floors in our room.

Loved the view of the Loch from our room and dining room. Food was excellent. Loved the highland cows and goats outside windows.

The radiator in the room was hidden behind a wooden "box" which inhibited the heating. If the weather had been much colder, the room would not have been warm enough.

Ten out of ten for everything. Loved it here and wish we could have stayed longer. Our accommodation was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. I loved the decor, and the balcony with a view over the loch. Everything in the room has been thought through and is well appointed including a tray for dirty shoes, space for luggage, a good selection of teas and gorgeous toiletries. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. A fabulous location overlooking the loch and next to Arduaine gardens. Plenty of space for parking.

Well laid out rooms. We enjoyed being able to walk around the NTS Arduaine garden in the evening. The views were tremendous and having a patio to sit and admire it was fabulous.

our room was a little difficult to get to with our luggage, although we were asked at reception if we needed any help. I didn't llike the fact that we had to book for breakfast and dinner, especially when no suitable slots were available. However, room service overcame this and was good.

The location and environs were very nice with a lovely view from the bistro over the loch. The food was of good quality and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The old and unmaintained showers, taps, furniture etc.

The location was excellent, with great food. However, the hotel deserves a bit of improvement e.g. painting, rust clearing etc. The view was magnificent with easy access to the beach and a garden. The highland cows made our stay!

I did not like our bed because It was not comfortable. I booked room for me and my husband. In our there was 2 single beds and they combined it. When we trying to sleep together there was space between both mattress which was very uncomfortable.

I love the view point from everywhere especially from breakfast table.

The bathtub is a bit small and the valvs were hard to adjust the water temperature the stream was relatively weak but that is a thing with all of Scotland

The views are marvelous, the nearby garden is spectacular, the food is delicious the room was nice and quiet they had curly cows! First place in Scotland we've seen one! The sea had dolphins in it which was a great bonus
