Good hostel with a fair price, location is close to a bus station or subway so it's easy to get to the center! Clean and confortable bed, nice breakfast for 3 pounds and the employees were great (Nelly and Gabriel), thank you so much

The only issue I had there was some kind of foul smell was coming into the room. I don't know from where maybe it was the person or his stuff whose bed was below mine.

The stay in the hostel was great. The location was also good. The bed was comfy.

The walls are not soundproof..it really felt like its thin paper. One can hear the banging of doors and normal walking of other people Its a little far from central london, by train it takes 25 to 30mins

A little bit far from the center. The bags are putting under the bed so when I go take something in the bag everybody listen it.

It has a good location around many shops, was very easy to find everything. There is a shop 24h. Staffs very friendly and helpfully.

Just to say something maybe the area to cook with the stove, it would be better to enjoy of more room.

Breakfast was ok for the price, but I'd would prefer to do it myself or have a full range of hot food e.g. English breakfast type. The hostel exceeded my expectations for design, cleanliness, space, environment/treatment.

Room was very quiet and bed was comfortable. Hostel is located in a good location with nearby train station to aid easy commuting around the city. Would definitely pick London backpackers over and again.

-The bathrooms need to be cleaned more often. - Pillows definitely need to be changed.

The front desk people were just amazing and very friendly, and also the cleaners. Everyone always willing to help and always with a very friendly vibe. I feel very happy I found this hostel, very good for the price in general! The breakfast was always good and cheap and the facilities are very good.

The bed was a bit hard, but it was alright.

I think it was excellent value for money, and breakfast for just 3 pounds was great. Those wall decorations were lovely. I'd stay there again when I come to London.

There's this nasty staff called Nelly,, am sorry to say but i think she needs proper hospitality training cos what!!! Gal is rude and lacks manners There ard still cool ones like Victor, Ayo and Kimberly Ayo is my favorite though

There was an uncomfortable hard bed because it was on the third floor of the bed under the ceiling and since I have a problem back it was too uncomfortable for me, also no hot water in the sink taps and there was dust and a bit dirty in the room

The bunk beds are not very tall if you’re sleeping in the bottom bunk mind your head. The room was not the cleanest when I arrived, but it was not that bad either.

In front of the Hendon Central Underground station which is good (take into consideration Central London is 30mins away). The staff was nice.

The hostel was a bit smelly, especially in bedrooms, but we got used to it, so it was not that annoying. It was also small, especially dinnig room and kitchen.

The hostel itself was cosy, the location near the metro was really useful and the people in hostel were really friendly. Kitchen in hostel was a big plus. Receptionist Nelly was friendly and very helpful.

The showers were our main qualm. They are button operated showers. Usually, when the button is pressed the shower will run for a short time. However, the shower I used, the button had to be continually depressed or else it would immediately stop. This made it hard to shower. Some of the kitchen cannot be used during breakfast time. Rubbish collection can be a bit late for those going to sleep early.

Loved the decor! There were maps of London as the wallpaper, as well as a plant wall, which is absolutely stunning. Every member of staff we encountered was super friendly. It was super easy to store luggage before check in and after check out, which was such a blessing for us. The luggage crates in the room are also quite large, so we were able to fit all our luggage in, which is something we couldn’t do at Smart Hyde Park Inn. The bunks have an excellent shelf, which has plenty of charging opportunities and a light. Essentially, the room is well-equipped. We enjoyed being a bit further out from the city centre, as it was a bit quieter, but still easy to get in using the metro and buses.
