We had a horrible smell of drains in the bathroom which fortunately my husband was able to sort on a temporary basis during our stay. He reported it to the managers on our departure who took note of it and were going to report it to maintenance. The cold cooked breakfast was a shame. Neither of these things spoiled our experience.

The welcome from the receptionist was excellent and she took time to find us a room with a view. The room was a lovely size, clean and comfortable. Location couldn't have been better. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. There was a terrific choice for breakfast, and the quality was great. However, the cooked breakfast was cold, often a problem with buffet style. It wasn't helped by the bacon, sausages and eggs had no lids on the tureen.

We were given an upgraded room by a wonderful lady on reception. We didn’t stay for breakfast as it was extremely busy but that was because it was a miserable Sunday morning - everyone turned up at the same time 🤣

Wanted lunch in restaurant but was told it wasn’t open yet and the upstairs was very busy with conference people. Reception wouldn’t take a number to let us know when one of the rooms was ready, we had to keep asking

Same as above. The supply and demand for tables for breakfast was, I must, fairly minimal.

The breakfast was ok. I managed to get down there and get a table. But everyone was coming down at roughly the same time. Subsequently the demand for tables was very limited and there was a queue to sit down.

We had a room at the back of the hotel and the building work behind was quite noisy. The breakfast was good but will be much better again when the restaurant is re opened.

Shower took too long to warm up. Shower head was placed in the middle of the shower cubicle facing the door and didn’t tilt properly making showering awkward and annoying.

The lifts are slightly rattling and sometimes shakes quite violently which was quite scary until spike to reception who were very nice and helped.

The rooms had great amenities as well as very clean. Upgraded on arrival as they had a spare room staff were nice and friendly.

Plugs didn't work and sparked in my face when I plugged in the hairdryer, another one made my mum's phone stop working & there was hair in the bathtub & used tissues on the table next to the bed so slight potential biohazard which wasn't pleasant to throw away.

The bed and location was pretty good though and overall better than half the pricey hotels in London so probably would use it again for convenience and breakfast wasn't too bad either.

Make do restaurant, while refurbishement happening. The quality of food was awful. Edible but over priced for quality. If the restaurant isn't open, you can't charge the same! Nachos, fish and chicken mains. I would never eat there for dinner again. Breakfast, however, was very good!

The location was great as we were going to a concert in the O2 so we got the cloud cable car which was just a short walk from the hotel.

we were the VIP for the day and we got an upgrade, room was great with a view of the water and on the top floor. It was really quite also. We have stayed before and we will stay again, really handy for everywhere we had to be that weekend
