IHG could have alerted us to level of disruption to TfL network as this had an impact on our visit to O2. Admit O2 could also have told us to allow more time for journeys, but did not. We were also travelling to family on the Sunday.

Comfortable room with good facilities. Chose hotel as near to cable car for show at O2. We have stayed in many IHG hotels and knew the level of facilities to expect. Staff were busy but helpful. Restaurant for breakfast was accommodated as well as possible. We made our own arrangements for dinner at a local Italian restaurant

The hotel was lovely and clean, and the staff was extremely helpful. The lady on reception went out of her way to help make my daughters birthday memorable. Really glad we booked here. Our room was lovely and clean, the beds was extremely comfortable.

Noisy planes from 7am but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that!.

Location good for the O2. Room was a nice size. Well equipped with a fridge, a safe, hairdryer etc. the bed was big and very comfortable. Added bonus of a bath which is a rare commodity in hotels nowadays. Room and communal areas were clean and the breakfast selection great. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Some of the other guests were actually racist to me and my friends as we are a group of black females and my other friend was able to translate what they were saying about us in their language

Maybe the family time at the pool could be extended, especially if checking in later.

The room was super comfy and spacious with everything we needed in it. The staff were so courteous and friendly and very welcoming. Great selection at breakfast and everything very smoothly run. The pool and spa facilities are relaxing and enjoyable.

2 out of 3 days breakfast was excellent, however 1 of the days failed to cater for the guests adequately. Thankfully the hotel took on-board issues raised.

Opposite our room were multiple large scale construction sites that were so noisy it was only Sunday morning that we were not awakened but cranes and banging. This continued throughout the day. We were not made aware of this issue when we booked or at check in. We were left disappointed by this as the windows were not soundproofed and it sounded like they were wide open. We also had to keep the curtains shut as if we opened them we were greeted by builders staring into the room making us feel uncomfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious and extremely clean. The pool looked fantastic but we didn't pack a swimming costume. The staff were friendly and obliging.

Service at breakfast could have been more personal.

Breakfast was not hot. Advised staff that I was coeliac and I was offered an omelette and a gluten free roll and told I could have anything on the buffet except sausages. There was no toast offered or an offer to prepare the whole meal separately. A bit disappointing as I have had better service at other chain hotels.

Brilliant location, super friendly staff and nice big rooms. The food was really tasty and reasonably priced. We loved being able to use the pool facilities as well. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. This is a perfect hotel for a London trip.

What I didn’t like about the hotel. The rooms was very cold and when I called front desk, they told me I had to wait for the room to warm up as I was in the room 1 over1 hour on the room did not put up. I had to call back three times for them to bring me a heater up as it was really cold. If you’ve got kids I would not go there

Didn’t like the fact that I couldn’t reconnect my phone to the bluetooth on the tv. Also on the piece of paper in the room gave the wrong channel number.
