I would have scored a 10 for facilities but on arriving in our room, everything was perfect except the bed wasn't completely made. The clean bedding was all there but it was all pulled right back to the foot of the bed including pillows and mattress protector. It was fixed very quickly and although the mattress looked spotless, I don't particularly want to see it just in case I spot something I don't want to.

The staff were wonderful. We arrived 2 hours early and on checking in we were told we had been upgraded and our room was ready. The lovely lady at reception was friendly, informative and provided us with lots of information. Every member of staff we met from cleaners to waiting staff were super friendly and polite.

Advertised as spa hotel, but no area to relax at poolside or relaxation room. Additional bar charges added to bill which had to be investigated before reimbursed.

Building site located outside the external of the hotel right outside our window. Very noisy from 8am. Bar was not very comfortable and only 1 elevator working.

The restaurant wasnt serving anything but an odd tapas type menu at 5.30pm. We needed to have an early meal but the menu was very limited and a tad expensive for the size of the portions.

Awesome breakfast in newly refurbished restaurant /bar. Staff excellent and very efficient. Comfortable well laid out good choice of food and great coffee Good leisure facilities with pool jacuzzi and sauna. Very convenient for O2. Use cable gondolas to cross Thames and also close to Greenwich short bus ride. After stadium shows catch Jubilee tube and DLR only 2 stops. 5mins walk to hotel from Royal Victori Dock station. Take a Thames river cruise for central London.

Bar was closed before midnight, had been to a concert at the o2 and would have been nice to finish off the night with a drink in the hotel.

I didn’t appreciate the fact room cleaning knocked on my door at 8:00 am and again at 9:30 AM to ask when I am checking out.

Only one lift was working at the time which caused issues and parking was expensive at £25 a day.

Overall i had a good stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was a good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good but could do with more variety to suit different people. Location was good and it had a good vibe around.

We had a horrible smell of drains in the bathroom which fortunately my husband was able to sort on a temporary basis during our stay. He reported it to the managers on our departure who took note of it and were going to report it to maintenance. The cold cooked breakfast was a shame. Neither of these things spoiled our experience.

The welcome from the receptionist was excellent and she took time to find us a room with a view. The room was a lovely size, clean and comfortable. Location couldn't have been better. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. There was a terrific choice for breakfast, and the quality was great. However, the cooked breakfast was cold, often a problem with buffet style. It wasn't helped by the bacon, sausages and eggs had no lids on the tureen.

We were given an upgraded room by a wonderful lady on reception. We didn’t stay for breakfast as it was extremely busy but that was because it was a miserable Sunday morning - everyone turned up at the same time 🤣

Same as above. The supply and demand for tables for breakfast was, I must, fairly minimal.

The breakfast was ok. I managed to get down there and get a table. But everyone was coming down at roughly the same time. Subsequently the demand for tables was very limited and there was a queue to sit down.

We had a room at the back of the hotel and the building work behind was quite noisy. The breakfast was good but will be much better again when the restaurant is re opened.

Shower took too long to warm up. Shower head was placed in the middle of the shower cubicle facing the door and didn’t tilt properly making showering awkward and annoying.

The lifts are slightly rattling and sometimes shakes quite violently which was quite scary until spike to reception who were very nice and helped.

The rooms had great amenities as well as very clean. Upgraded on arrival as they had a spare room staff were nice and friendly.
