The room was very very small, and felt super crowded with the couch, which blocked the closet and fridge doors from opening much. The dryer did not work for one of the days, and property shot was very friendly but could be seen as too friendly (calling me majesty, sister, dming me over WhatsApp about my job and wanting to meet with me for a coaching session at the property.. on my vacation) all harmless and means well I think but not something some solo woman will feel good with. The room was very extremely hot, even with window open.

Beautiful backyard and nice and quiet location. Not super easy to get to central London, but close to Heathrow Airport. Clean and great kitchen and I liked that they had laundry and dryer.

There s a little detail that worth mentioning- all rooms are single units as in The Suite doesnt not have another room where the couch would be in. All beds are in the same room. The photos may be a little tricky, know that. Otherwise, a very nice property.

Lovely stay, been there 3 days with family. Nothing much to complain, a very nice property indeed. Very helpful owner, the suite we were on was extremely comfortable.

The description does not correspond to reality. The photos of the room do not match what you get. We ordered 2 rooms of the "Family Suite" category, and received one room with a shower room in the room and one with a shared shower room in the corridor. The dimensions of the rooms are not indicated in the description, but the rooms are very cramped for a family of 4 people. The sofa bed is not comfortable for 2 people. This is a baby sofa with a width of 1.2 m and a length of 1.8 m for one person. The large bed has a too soft mattress. When I asked the owner: 1. Does he really have a deluxe family room for 4 people, because the 1.2-meter-wide sofa bed is absolutely not comfortable for 2 people, we received the answer that the sofa is designed for 2 people (nonsense answer). 2. We ordered 2 Family Suite rooms and received 2 different rooms: one room with a shared bathroom. Why so? Does he have another room with a bathroom in the room? The answer is meaningless again - the shower room for this room is on the corridor.

Free parking. Clean towels and linen in the room. A large yard. The kitchen has everything you need, but it is shared by all residents.

The apartment in London was clean, located in a safe part of the city, and surrounded by greenery. It had a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. The connectivity to the city center was excellent, with a Metropolitan line station just 10 minutes away by bus. The owner was more than accommodating, fulfilling every request we had. He even refused to take money for something he ordered for us through Amazon. I truly felt like a queen during my stay. .

Excellent owner who provided us all the details in advance. Also facilitated our late arrival. Room is huge with sophisticated and Classy decor. Loads of storage area and great furniture. Extremely clean and inviting room Bed was super king with luxurious bedding to facilitate comfortable and peaceful sleep. Bathroom very clean with all Toiletries provided. Living room very spacious with all possible required amenities. Location was great with good transport links and no noise hence peaceful sleep. Highly recommended and great value for money. I wouldn't stay anywhere else but here everytime I come to London.

We were not able to find any restaurants or shops nearby (according to an online search). Fortunately we’d brought a packed meal with us for the evening.

Property was a snug, clean, well-equipped accommodation. A tea kettle and tea and coffee was amply provided and there was also a refrigerator available if we needed it. Although the property is tucked away in a residential area, which could have been challenging to find, I really appreciate the CLEAR and DETAILED directions provided by our host! We also found it fairly easy to navigate our way TO the area and also catch a bus to ferry us to Heathrow.

I honestly cannot find anything I didn’t like about the property at all. It was a safe space with all I needed for my trip including a large communal area with well kept facilities

Moving luggage up the stairs was tough because the room was on the second floor.

The host Arnold was simply amazing. He arranged my commute from the airport and ensured my needs were met. He went out of his way in some instances to accommodate my requests. He was always willing to answer questions and even provided valuable steers for moving around in the city. I love that all the facilities including the washing machine, dryer and treadmill were functional. The kitchen is well equipped and I did enjoy cooking there though it is shared. The environment was very quiet such that days when I had emergency meetings, I could still connect without interference. The lawn at the back of the house is simply beautiful; makes wonderful background for pictures. The WiFi is superb; never had to worry about Internet until when I go out. The apartment has a couple of bus stops within close proximity including one less than a minute from the gate of the apartment which ease commute via train and bus.

Nothing to dislike

I had an amazing stay at this property. Booked last minute as I was travelling with my small child the next day and needed to be close to airport. Location is amazing so easy to get to Heathrow. Arrived late evening as flight is this afternoon. Easy access to the house by using lockbox to let ourselves in. (Host is great at responding to questions I had ) The house itself is very warm and welcoming. Absolutely spotless of any dirt and evidence of previous guests. I felt comfortable with letting my little one crawl around and explore as I felt safe to do so as the place was clean, free of hazards and very spacious (just moved a few things out of the way). The cot came in handy too when I needed to get things done and take my eyes off the baby. I was able to prepare our dinner and babies snacks with ease as the kitchen is well equipped with everything I needed. Communal space is amazing so big and airy I was able to relax with some TV and wasn’t just confined to the bedroom itself. Didn’t manage to use the gym equipment but hopefully next time as I will definitely book again. I was able to wash and dry our clothes that I didn’t manage to get done before leaving home as I asked the host if this was possible when I booked. (Even had washing powder I could use). The bedroom and beds were great so comfortable and cosy I had a great sleep m. Didn’t have no disruptions or noise throughout the night. On suite was super handy to have especially with the little one and can say I had everything I needed to make my stay 10/10.
