Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomPillows were flat, need to invest in better pillows, up grade the comfort for the nightly price charging. Headboards renew or remove, as not secured and make awful noise everytime when move in bed, broken scruffy furniture. Overpriced.

United KingdomRoom small,exceedingly hot. Double bed with one side against the wall. External light constantly came on in the courtyard during the night and lit the room up,poor fitting curtains on a room height window. Another guest ,in a different room was a successfully loud snorer.

United KingdomThe window in the room (no.7) did not latch properly leaving a gap on the hinge side, this meant that as the planes went over the noise was incredible. There is a simple fix for this and should be done immediately to improve the guest experience of the property. Also the shower hose needs replacing as more water leaks from it than what is dispensed by the shower head.
The property was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly.

Location is perfect if you need to get quick to the airport or enjoy Windsor or London. Free carpark in front of the property.

IrelandWe has a shared bathroom and the lock was a little finicky, as this is a shared bathroom it should be easy to lock. The shower seemed to be blocked as water took a while to drain.
The hosts were lovely, very welcoming. There was a small kitchen area with a microwave which was good. It was a good location as everywhere we were visiting during our stay was within 15 - 20 minutes drive (we hired a car).

United KingdomComing from North-West I'm not so used to the noise and certainly not accustomed to hearing planes all the time. Some might like that I'm not such a good sleeper so next time will bring ear plugs. It wouldn't stop me using again though as location was too good for our needs. Only downside I'd say about is check the fridge is plugged in correctly as ours wasn't. I unplugged and swapped them around in the adaptor. Wasn't an issue once I had realised the problem. Was great having a fridge in the room
Perfect for visiting the Merlin Triangle of theme parks, only short journey to Legoland, Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventure. Ideal for maximum rest prior to another busy full on day of theme parks. Staff were incredibly helpful even when we arrived after 11pm they were still happy to get milk etc without fuss. Had a twin room with ensuite, not a massive room but certainly adequate. Similar to size of bedrooms at home. Ensuite looked relatively recent addition which was wonderful. One the whole the decor and carpets maybe could be updated but if you look past that and enjoy the comfy beds, clean rooms and ensuite. Also had a fridge in our room with a fan (it was during the heatwave)
