Very good location near Hyde park; 2 underground stations nearby; a lot of fast food options and supermarket, open late at night. Comfortable beds. A small kitchenette, with all needed to prepare breakfast.

The release of 100pounds deposit from our credit card took 2 weeks. There is no process to release the funds upon checkout but the provider instead just lets the hold on the credit card lapse which could take up to 3-4 weeks.

Very noise. The rooms don’t have real wall and you can hear people from the next room even when they are speaking. Just one towel per person for a three nights stay.

Bayswater/Queensway is the best place to stay in central London, with lots of amenities and restaurants on the doorstep and two very useful tube stations. MSK was a friendly, clean and affordable base for our trip.

A guarantee tax of 100 £ is paid for each reservation at check-in, which will be reinbursed after check out, so have this money in mind. Some small malfunction with the door handles and the lights.

The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room is cozy, on 2 levels, a double bed upstairs separated by a railing by the main room, an extensible double sofa downstairs, and a very small room with a single bed. The neighborhood is full of dining options; 2 underground options in close proximity; 1 supermarket for quick shopping for snacks etc.

The rooms are a bit smaller and slightly noisy from neighbours. The sound gets echoed and gets a bit uncomfortable.

The apartment was a bit small for a family of 3.

The location of the apartment is excellent - it's very close to 2 metro stations, is next to Hyde Park and is walking distance from the city centre as well as many sights and shops. The apartment was clean and warm. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the recepionist Yahia.

Member of staff over the phone wasn’t very helpful before arrival - quite rude. Details need updating on booking.com website because deposit is still quoted at £250 when it was £100.

Staff were friendly and helpful on arrival, we arrived early so dropped our bags off. The whole building and the room itself were spotlessly clean. The room had exactly what we expected and needed for our stay. We were able to leave our bags after check out as our train was late in the afternoon and again the staff were more than happy to accommodate us. They gave us some useful information about things we might like to see/do and pointed out nearest transport links etc. Will certainly stay here again when we next visit.
