Air-conditioning wasn’t working, and the rooms were very humid. It felt very hot inside. The personnel made us aware to be quiet during the night, but most of the rooms were loud after 23:00 and we could easily hear everybody everywhere. A single step, laughter or a “neighbor’s” talking.

The beds were rather short and I do not like shared sheets on double bed. A bit noisy (from street, other rooms, water pipes(!)).

Only one towel provided per person. Rooms very dated need updating. Aircon not working. I stayed once before and the room was smaller but much more pleasant.

A strange one. Location, cleanliness and staff first class. Apartment modern. But the layout of the four person apartment was bizarre. An open plan space with a double above the living area and a separate single room. Sofa bed for 4th person was awful.

Only provided one toilet roll, no toothpaste, shower gel or shampoo etc. the key card stopped working the 2nd night and the temperature of the room was constantly so warm with no air conditioning and the 3 fans they supplied for the room didn’t help.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The location and area of the property was amazing and really good value for money considering it’s right next to Hyde Park!

Our basement room had a window on to a courtyard used for rubbish, so you couldn't leave the blinds open as there were staff using the space, so no natural light. Room could have been cleaner, but not so bad as to put us off staying again.

Great location for Hyde Park and tube stations into the centre. Great welcome and impressive entrance. Staff helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed.

It was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful. There was even a little balcony. There is a kettle, just remove to bring whatever drinks you want. We will definitely be back. :)

Other guests were noisy during quiet hours; as our room was in entrance hall, anyone coming in or out of the building were noisy, with front door slamming, talking & lift noise. We resolved this the 2nd night by putting towels by front door to cover gap under door. Need more lights ie bedside table lamps.

The main issue is windows are not sound proof and it can be quite noisy during night. I understood this is something owners are not allowed to change.

They have the multiple building on the same street. Reception is on one of them. Location is very close to two metro/Underground station so very easy to comute. Room was nice, good size, with kitchenette. Bathroom kinda small tho.
