Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Room and bed was comfortable. Bathroom modern and clean. Dinner service in the restaurant was excellent - thank you Lennon. It was an easy Hotel Hoppa bus trip to and from the hotel.

United KingdomThe only negative for me was that the bed was a bit wobbly and the mattress a bit squishy but I still slept ok. Also I feel that it's a bit much to ask for payment parking when you are staying only 1 night and it's not like it's cheap to stay near the airport.
Had a twin room. Room was clean and spacious enough. There were tea/coffee making facilities which were good. Location was perfect for T2/T3. Would use the hotel again.

United KingdomIt was very difficult to find out before arrival whether transfer to the terminal would be fast and easy- we had an early flight and wanted this to be fast. The hotel did not respond to booking.com messages except to say to call. Nobody answered the calls and so I called reservations and the person did not know. The answer is: shuttle every 30 minutes costs about £7 per person. We got an Uber. Aircraft very audible in the room but flights stopped at midnight

United KingdomThe room has wear and tear, bottom of door in bathroom eroding. Outside of building looks really dirty, could keep that cleaner. Shuttle bus to the terminal is an absolute rip off considering it's just over a mile away. Smells of cheap polish in the lobby.
Staff at the desk and restaurant were really friendly and helpful! Bed was comfy and clean, soundproofing was really good, I couldn't hear the planes. Good view of airport (paid extra for this)
