While the Bradford grocery store has everything you need, expect to pay an extra 50p for each item. For a better deal, consider getting your groceries from Fort William instead.

As per the photos, this is a small all-in-one property, in fact built inside a commercial container. But everything you could want has been packed, quite ingeniously, into this relatively small space - a decent-sized bed, cooking facilities, a decent-sized shower, plus TV and Wi-Fi. The view over the bay through the front window is very pleasant, too, as night falls.

Shower was weak and the bed was a bit small for us. Having said that, we both slept exceptionally well.

Location and price. Lovely host. Lots of tea and coffee provided. Well equipped, albeit small kitchen. Cosy and warm.

Ideal location and very quiet. Owner welcoming and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Little hidden gem. Rifht next to Coffee Bothy which was also lovely.

the tv signal was awful it was flickering off every 2 minutes and the wi-fi was virtually non-existent throughout our stay

I got the key from the owner, but we never saw her again. There were no instructions on what to do when we left, such as where to put the key or do we lock the door when we leave. The mattress was very squeaky when you moved.

It was easy walking distance to places and the bus. The location was quiet.

More storage needed for belongings. Kitchenette only suitable for simple breakfasts or heating up takeaways or ready meals.

Cabin was a bit too small, little room to put suitcases and unpack. Eating in was too cramped. No hot water in bathroom hand basin (reported to owner). Would have been big enough for a bedroom only but the kitchenette took up too much space.

Could use an extractor fan over the hob as the door has to be kept open when cooking to avoid the alarm going off - but didn’t affect our stay overall.

The room was really cold and no heating in the toilet. The TV was not working, the host tried to fix it but no luck. As it was cold and windy we told him not to worry. As this aparment is made out of a container the wall on one side of the bed was very cold, maybe better insulation is required.

The location on the map is not accurate, the property is across the street, behind Creelers restaurant

The room is in refubrished shipping container in a garden, everything looks brand new and is nicely done. The container is well insulated and heated. Bathroom is quite spacious, bed is a bit narrow for two. Breakfast is set up in a little kitchen in the room. Location in Broadford will give you early morning start for exploring Isle of Skye. Couple of restaurants in walking distance, town centre about 800m away.
