Took a long time for hot water to come in the shower and the flow was not strong.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The grounds and setting are spectacular. The food is amazing with many ingredients grown on site and others locally sourced. The choice of wine is impressive with an on site, spectacular wine cellar. The hotel itself is luxurious and fabulous and the staff and service, honestly second to none. The staff are well-trained in silver-service, very attentive and polite, but also warm and friendly too, so the experience isn’t stuffy or overly formal. We enjoyed our early morning swims in the heated pool. The whole experience was extremely therapeutic. We absolutely loved our stay and we would definitely return. We think it’s the best hotel in Jersey.

The rooms are not the best. They need a bit of updating, the bed especially, it was too small and quite uncomfortable. You can hear what’s going on in the rooms next door and upstairs- floorboards are creaky, very thin walls and double glazing not good quality as could hear road noise outside.

The staff are some of the best I have encountered- they are as asset to the hotel, really lovely people. Love the pool area and facilities. Breakfast absolutely wonderful, love the food and the bar menu is fab too, best cocktails. Beautiful grounds and building.

we love tennis and played on the court which does need a bit of attention . The gym could be a little bigger

room upgrade on arrival and the room was fabulous. Very comfortable ! restaurant dinner also fabulous ( although expensive ) Breakfast wonderful what made this hotel so good for us were the staff , friendly and helpful across the whole hotel .

The only negative comment that we would make is that the TV in the bedroom was very small. I think that these days one would expect a much larger screen. We watched a foreign film that had subtitles and they were extremely difficult to read!

Food was excellent. All staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Grounds were very nice. It was our wedding anniversary and our stay made it a special occasion.

We loved this hotel ! If we could make a suggestion, we have an electric car and given the way forward for the future, felt that the hotel would benefit from some rapid EV charging points as the island as a whole was sadly lacking in this facility.

The hotel was fabulous. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was very comfortable and clean and we were upgraded to a garden view overlooking the pool, as it was our Ruby wedding anniversary. Food was excellent both breakfast and dinner.

The Longueville Manor is a quality hotel, made possible by the warmth, friendliness and efficiency of every member of the team. The staff are simply exceptional. Secondly, the hotel’s cuisine - for all meals - is first rate; fresh quality produce, cooked to perfection and well presented. Thirdly, the grounds of the hotel offer a very relaxing stay; beautiful gardens and woodland, swimming pool and spa. The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the local bus service, which connects to all parts of the Island.

Everything. Wonderful service and experience from when we walked through the door and were greeted by smiles and mocktails, throughout and until the minute we were leaving. Stunning venue and the interiors. Family pets friendly. You get the feeling where the staff really care. totally recommended.
