The kitchen area is compact and a little tight on space but we ate out anyway.

Lots of steps to climb to get into the property, including one narrow staircase. This can be a bit tricky with lots of luggage. Because the parking space is a bit away, getting luggage from the car the flat can only be done using the loading bays nearby, so also can be a bit hectic.

Excellent location in Looe, close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Everything that's needed for a family with small children was in the flat, especially washing machine, dishwasher and bathtub very very helpful. Full flexibility with check-in time due to key provided in a key box. Great to have a reserved parking space (although it's a short walk).

Several flights of stairs upto the apartment but once the bags were there (got our grandchildren to carry them!) worth it for the comfort and view.

All of the directions and instructions about how to access the apartment and the FREE parking space were clear and concise. Central location and superb views.

The access to the property was a little steep and vehicular access was difficult but giving the location it’s understandable!! Still, easy to overlook due to its fantastic location and the allocated parking space was a great bonus for which we was very grateful!

Loved the location! The apartment was cosy, clean and perfectly suited for our needs during our stay. Also the host Donna was very friendly and easy to get hold of if needed. Very happy with the service!

a seagull has nested on the roof of the property in front, it was a right noisy bugger when we sat on the balcony. part and parcel of the location though as can’t be in the heart of looe and not expect to have seagulls on your lap every time you try and eat.

Looe with a View is an immaculate flat right in the centre of Looe with fantastic views. We spent three days there over Christmas and Donna did so much to make it a wonderful stay - from the Christmas tree and decorations to thoughtful touches like leaving ice in the freezer compartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was really comfortable. Looe is a such a lovely place to visit. We ate at the Fish Market and it was incredible - highly recommended. All in all a fab trip and we would definitely love to come back again.

For our group there was nothing that couldve been improved,only comments from our group made was that it would be awkward with a pushchair but he still asked me for the booking details and the parking was the other side of the river so if it was raining it was a bit of a walk

The accommodation far exceeded our expectations,it was clean modern and the facilities and lay out were very nice ,we normally stay in a local b and b but this was much better for our group as we were all together and it was perfectly located for us as we had access to the town,takeaway facilities,shops and the harbour it was also cheaper for us as a group of 4,we will certainly be staying here again 😀

A welcome cream tea on arrival, cheeky I know! A clothes airer for in doors as we had bad weather and was unable to dry clothing bits. Wouldn’t be suitable for anyone unable to climb stairs.

Excellent location, ten minute walk to beach with an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes. Apartment was perfect, tastefully decorated with all the comforts of home. Donna the host, contacted us to explain the parking and access to apartment and ensure everything was comfortable.

Genuinely nothing - even the couple of flights of stairs are just a good way to work off a pasty and a pint!

Super chic apartment right in the centre of Looe. Immaculately presented with a fabulous balcony on which to catch the afternoon and evening sun. A real oasis of calm slap bang in the middle of everything that the beautiful setting of Looe has to offer. Realy lovely.

To start, the outside metal steps, which felt precarious when wet. Had to move furniture in the bedroom to be able to get to the side which was under the eaves. Cheap double bed mattress, cut our stay short as it was exceptionally uncomfortable. TV in the living room too small for the distance to watch from the sofa. Scaffolding erected long before we attended the location and not informed by the host. The scaffolding blocked ‘the view of Looe’ with a workman’s platform at the same height as the balcony. We spoke to the owner about this and all that was offered was a possible discount if we booked again, which after this experience will definitely not happen. Bedroom window handles broken so they couldn’t be closed and finally, felt like the apartment had not been cleaned properly, as an example of this, we moved the decorative crab from the mats on the table to use and the shape of the crab was there in the dust.

It was a bit of a hike up from the village to the apartment and apartment could have been cleaner when we arrived.

We had a lovely few days in your apartment “Looe with a View”, its location made for a great base to explore the area and we were fortunate with the mainly sunny weather so we could get out for some lovely walks. Looe is a lovely village and unlike some villages in the area, most of the restaurants and cafes were open in February. Our host, Donna, was lovely and helpful in during the whole booking process and stay.
