Great simple friendly hotel I have stayed a few times. Great location and a simple room for me on my own and a continental breakfast

The front view needs renovation. The front view gives the impression that the interior may look dilapidated. The doors leading to the various floors are so uncomfortable and old. The bathrooms make loud noises when you put on the lights.

The location is perfect.

Rooms can be hard to find if they aren’t in the main corridor, and the lift is still out of order.

Didn't include free toiletries such as shower gel - it's the little things that make it nicer. Heard traffic and noise during the night. Wasnt too loud but enough to wake me up.

Close to the train station and most things. The room was comfy and clean. The breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. Great check in and out times.

The property wasn’t particularly clean, there were dead flies on the windowsill and someone’s medication on the chair. The breakfast wasn’t help yourself and I felt pressured and rushed into getting something quick rather than getting what I wanted. The shower was very poor, standing out in the rain may have been better.

The property is in a good location with a short walk into Liverpool city centre. It is also next to multiple car parks and a train station. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Bed, uncomfortable. Noise from guests in early hours, not hotels fault! Shower took a while for water to get hot.

Perfect location for for a short break in Liverpool. Excellent staff who were very friendly and helpful. Property was very clean. I would reccomend staying here for a trip to Liverpool.

Few maintenance issues in the room could have done with attention. Shower head needed replacing.

The TV had no remote so you had to get up to change channels and switch it off. The mattress was a cheap one. Extremely soft so it sunk in deep. Another day or two and I would have backache.

The cleanliness of the room was an issue, the bathroom did need a good clean a there did appear to be dried smears of blood on the bathroom wall and mirror. The room was quite dusty and can do with a hoover near the windows. Also I was very itchy in bed and the next day. The price of the room was a lot more than we had paid in the past, due to the grand national an ladies day being on the same dates, put the prices up for here an other hotels. As we did struggle to book anywhere else, this hotel was unfortunately our only option.

The room was perfect for me. Only thing about the place i thought was that it was very old and could do with maybe new carpets, painted maybe but apart from that was all ok for my needs.
