Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOur room was on the third floor but the lift only went to the first floor, so we had to lug our suitcases the rest of the way up two narrow stair cases. This would be ok for younger people, but at 71 years I found it difficult. Breakfast was in it's sister hotel across the road from this hotel.
The room was very nice and the hotel facilities were good.

United KingdomWe were above the bar area and on one night ,not weekend, the noise was loud and continued untill 12.20am. This spoiled our stay. We were assured this was not the norm. Our room was 110 you can ask for a quieter room if wishing to stay at the lovely hotel.
The hotel was lovely the staff were great and very helpful. The location of the hotel is good on lord street close to the town centre. The decor in the room was tasteful and the bathroom had a big walk in shower. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Maid service made the beds and changed the towels daily.

United KingdomThe bed was far too hard and all 4 pillows were very lumpy and very uncomfortable. Far too many emails from the second I booked the room. States parking is on sight but don't get told there's a charge till booked. You do get a discount to £8 for 24 hours for staying at the hotel but then get charged a extra 20p for convenience. Items cold and missing on the breakfast on the first day. Told the girl serving who asked if we could speak to her manager as she was worried about to being shouted at and crying again by the chef.
Great location. Room was big and modern decor. Great breakfast on the second day unfortunately not on the first day.

2nd time we have stayed, we got a deluxe king-size room and bed was great. Room was spotless, reception staff on check in was lovely. We paid for breakfast at the bold for the next morning as an extra on check in, it was lovely. Location ideal. No noise issues as our stay was mon & Tues. Shower not very powerful but enough to get a shower. We had a lamp not working and house cleaning brought a bulb straight away, but found that it wasn't the bulb. On our return to the room it was fixed, all staff we met were friendly.

Great staff. Amazing location. The bar below was good. The Irish pub attached was really fun and the nice bar to the left was a good hige end spot.

United KingdomIt’s useful for other people to know it can be noisy due to the bars linked to the hotel. I was in room 109 and it was very loud, particularly on Saturday evening. I was fine with it as people were having a great time, but worth knowing if you are a light sleeper.
The staff were fantastic. Location perfect, exactly where I needed to be. Spacious room and clean.
