As said the restaurant.really upset me .

The young lady called ELLE on reception was great sorting the heating for us .all was good except wen went for meal for my birthday in the restaurant and wat a spoiler .waited so long we nearly left .then wen got it it was cold .staff got order rong .never again.

Lights in room (112) kept flicking on and off which was very strange, my girl thought the room was haunted. I put it down to being an issue with the card slot on the wall which used to power the room when the card was inserted but was informed these had been disconnected. I guess needs more looking into. It would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the room which i was surprised there was not one in there.

Room was very nice, bed was very comfy, ideal location for Southport with lots of Cafes and Pubs. Hotel was very clean, staff were excellent. Good value for money

I really liked everything about our room and the hotel . The only thing that I was rather disappointing at was I don’t think our room had been freshly vacuumed . There was a fair bit of hair and bits on the carpet

Really friendly staff .. we got a free upgrade which was fabulous .. room was spacious And decorated to a high standard with great furnishings . The bar in the property was lovely too.

The room was so cold when we entered and even though we turned the heating up it felt cold all night. There was an ironing board in the room but no iron.

The only thing I would say was the room needed a mirror on the dressing table and a few more hangers.

Everything was amazing and we got upgraded for our anniversary by the lovely Claudia. The grand restaurant is so nice too, we dined there and the food was beautiful.

Breakfast was at a sister hotel, it was good but inconvenient to cross the road for breakfast as my wife is disabled. It didn’t mention this until after the booking.

Nothing we didn't like, but you do need to go over the road for your breakfast in the morning. It is well worth the trip as the breakfast was lovely.

Loved this hotel my wife and I had a 2 night break just before Christmas and found the place great. Room was lovely and clean and very modern looking over Lord Street. It's in a great position with sports bar and great whisky bar underneath. The staff were great on reception especially Claudia who was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel if your thinking of staying over in southport.

The only negative was the bed was a standard double , the room was big enough for a king bed so was disapointed it wasn't a king.

We chose the hotel as it’s in town not far from the restaurant we were eating at for our anniversary Good location , nice hotel . The room quiet even though there is a busy bar downstairs. Great shower, plenty of towels and tea and coffee in room. Very modern.

The fact the lift wasn’t working when I arrive and had luggage. I have osteoarthritis in my body and artritis in my hands. I struggle to use the stairs and there are far to many stairs for me to climb. when I climb stairs I am in pain . That’s why I don’t do stairs as a rule some times I can’t lift my leg up to climb them . a staff member kindly carried my cases upstairs stairs . If I knew the lift was out I wouldn’t have Brooked as I have a disabilities .

Location and style friendly staff. I like the amenities not far to walk for entertainment . Would have been better if the breakfast was served in the hotel not much fun going across the rd to the bold for breakfast in the morning . When it’s chucking it down with rain . The breakfast and the friendly staff made up for it .

There were no towels in the room when i got there. I went down to reception to ask and after another 20-25 minutes i had to go down again to ask. Again when i went down they were talking amongst themselves and i had to wait. Again i had to request the towels.

Staff are always very pleasant but when you do need to speak with them they are always talking amongst themselves and you sometimes feel bad interrupting them.
