The room was little small. They only offered one price for breakfast so that cost £92 for the two of us for 2 mornings. I never eat cooked breakfast, although the menu was fine, it is just that I prefer fruit etc. I think they would benefit from offering a lower priced 'continental breakfast'

Our stay was made wonderful by the staff who were exceptional. They were a delight, so helpful, very well trained and knowledgable in their jobs. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them and they made time to chat which was just so enjoyable. We had dinner ( a taster menu of several courses) each night that was absolutely perfect. The bed in our room was so comfortable and the ensuite had a large shower cubicle as well as lovely toiletries.

Restaurant and bar were shut - are shut on Mondays and Tuesdays - we knew before we booked and the room price was very fair given this, but menu and restaurant all looked lovely so shame we couldn’t try…

The concept of a single option taster menu, was not clear but was an enjoyable experience once we got our head round it. We were slightly disappointed after our evening dinning experience that the focus for breakfast was traditional cooked options.

We enjoyed the whole experience and dined in the riverside restaurant. The room was very comfortable

The bed was a bit hard when sleeping but that’s being very picky, aside from that, it was lovely !

The location was beautiful from our bedroom window, the staff were lovely too. I was very pleased with how clean the room was and how everytime the cleaners came in, it was done AMAZINGLY

Great location to access Loch Ness with only a few minutes walk. The best quality beds during our entire highland tour. The lady at reception was extremely helpful with recommending us options to dine and visit sights.

Myself ,my husband and our 9 year old daughter visited scotland and We had a wonderful stay at the Lovat . The hotel is beautiful and our room was stunning ! All the staff we met were friendly and welcoming. Loch Ness is is a short walk away so for us the location was perfect !we will be visiting the Lovat again as soon as we can !

Having to leave! Breakfast is rather expensive at 23 pounds pp...a bit over the top for breakfast we thought.

The rooms are bright, comfortable and very well appointed as are the bathrooms. Excellent showers and separate bath is a nice touch. Lounge areas delightful and the restaurant outstanding.

Superb clean Hotel, dog friendly rooms, fantastic staff and excellent location. Chef makes a Menu that is so tasty and certainly fine dining experience.
