A really excellent location and close to Metro too. Place was spotless with 2 bedrooms and a large living area with all mod cons.

The hot water was temperamental but we had a quick response from Iain when we reported it.

Location was great, its a well presented flat with comfy beds. The toy box was good to keep the kids entertained for a while. Good communication with the owners and the access to tea bags/coffee etc was welcomed for our short stay.

The entrance up the stairs a bit off putting but the flat is excellent.A little noisy as centrally located but as you would expect in Central NCL …..ear plugs provided but not needed/used

As it is in the bigg market there is some noise from local bars but we knew this when we booked and owner even supplied ear plugs.

It’s a city centre apartment so be aware that on some nights it will be a potentially noisy environment. No problem to me just be realistic- you are almost on the Bigg Market and that is the centre for most nights out in Newcastle.

Very well appointed flat, everything you need for a lovely stay. Welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Comprehensive instructions about the flat. Very central area, a little noisy at night but with triple glazing it wasn’t really noticeable. The lift took me back to childhood days but perfectly serviceable. We had a lovely stay.

Excellent location. Very clean and tidy. The little extras supplied by the hosts make all the difference. Snacks, hot drinks, cold drinks, alcoholic drinks, shower gel and a lovely welcome basket of goodies were all very much appreciated.

The radiator in the bedroom would not turn down ,so needed too keep the window open ,and it right in the centre of the night life so it was very noisy to the early hours .l wouldn’t recommend to elderly poeple .as it could be quite scary coming back with street being busy with club goers,and police and ambulances outside in the square
