Light in the bedroom is too dim, not good for my eyes at all. I couldn’t read in the bedroom throughout my stay. No waste bin (not even a small one) in the toilet or bathroom or anywhere on the 1st floor, so we found ourselves going downstairs each time we needed to trash even the tiniest of trash. Just 2 forks are provided in the cutlery tray in the drawer. For a family of 3 like mine, this was a big issue as one of us had to wait for one person to finish using the fork

Needs softer lighting in the living room. Light pull in bathroom needs fixing asap, health and safety risk. Heating should be switched on / thermostat installed.

Great location to Excel, clean, easy to use. Both check-in and out were very easy. Super close to DLR for easy access to the city.

The sofa is really uncomfortable, The system of hot water and having voile curtains on the windows would have great, especially in the bedrooms.

Really practical. Most of the things you need are already in the apartment. All you need is your own food. If not, you can find close shops where you can buy your food. I was happily surprised to find the Excel so close by foot. It was really handy. Excellent stay

Only downside was the neighbour with pigeons that kept me awake, but the locality to Excel was great.

There wasn't quite enough cutlery or mugs for the 3 of us, but the host did provide extra when we asked. It wasn't super modern and was a little dusty. The sofa was a little uncomfortable but definitely good value for money, especially if you'll be out most of the time.

Comfortable property super handy for the ExCel, great to get somewhere with parking. Lots of space and suitable amenities nearby. Hosts we're very friendly and helpful. Beds we're comfy and the bedrooms were bright and spacious.

The sink in the bathroom was semi blocked and the spare duvet provided were dirty. I was in a party of 3, including my son, mum and I, they both took a bed and I crashed on the sofa bed, hence, needed the duvet!

The appartement was quite spacious, clean and withing walking distance from Prince Regents (DLR) Station. It had its own parking space which was a bonus.

The worst part is the sofa-bed. This one is really worn out and feels like sitting and sleeping on stone. The dining table screws loose and need fixing.

Inside was very basic. The garden was overgrown Furniture looked old and there was a lack of it in the bedrooms. . The gated front door when no other house had one.

The appartment was not especially clean, fourniture is very cheap (a mirror felt on the floor during the night), it's very noisy and the parking was even not available. It's not well furnished and it's old. I would not recommend it

To be honest the one issue was that the windows didn't seem to block much noise out. It's not exactly a loud area, but I kept thinking a window must be open at night as it didn't stop much noise pollution.

This was a perfect self contained apartment. It was brilliant for our trips to the Excel as was only a short walk away. I really liked the little touches like having in coffee and tea, kitchen roll, fire stick set up with the TV so you can log into your account and watch while you stay, Plenty of towels. When we did have one little issue it was sorted ASAP.

They are charging us extra money saying some bedding is missing and also saying that we shouldn't have used extra bedding although it doesn't say anywhere that we weren't allowed to use extra bedding in cold winter during December. We made a reasonable assumption and we feel like they're targeting us with a missing bedding as some sortof a money claiming trick.

the garden to the rear was untidy the curtains in the living room didn’t fit nor did the ones in each bedroom. there was womens underwear hanging on the bedroom radiator the shower head was like a jet wash and you ether had the water absolutely roasting or it went cold the person who lives upstairs is very noisy at night and you felt they were in the same house as yourself

The property was hot no AC, no fan. only one hook to put bath towels in the bathroom. no bin to put rubbish in the bathroom. no hairdryer the bed is small doesn’t fit a 6foot person the person who runs it charged us 72% of the day rate for arriving 2 hrs early. we had no internet so couldn’t contact her but an unreasonable amount of money to charge. fridge stunk like something has rotten in it.

this property is in an areas where people drink and outside the property at night time. we came home on Friday and Saturday night to find young boys drinking in front of the property with bottles on the rubbish bin. On the first day on our walk to the railway station a lady threw a glass bottle infront to my son and we had walk back and get an Uber. extremely scary and disappointing. not a friendly or safe neighbourhood, card driving up and down all night with people fighting and playing loud music all night till 2am.
