everything was comfortable! and clean. appreciated the care with the milk and orange juice in the fridge. had everything we needed and was ideal for our short stay! would highly recommend

It was quite chilly in the apartment and we could not set the smart thermostat above 21 or 22 degrees. I asked if it was possible to adjust it higher, and at first they said no but the next day they were able to change something and then we could set it higher. The location is not amazing, it is in a bit of a rundown neighborhood in a run down looking building and one of the neighbors was almost constantly smoking cannabis in the entryway which made the entire hallway smell of smoke. It didn't bother us too much, but I could see that possibly being a larger issue for some people.

The apartment was surprisingly lovely inside, despite how the building looked outsode, and the beds were very comfortable. The price was quite good for the area. Despite the few issues we had, overall it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

Everything, fantastic facilities with a great big Flat Screen TV and Satellite, full kitchen, 2 great bedrooms with a bed couch if needed and help is only a text, call or WhatsApp away if needed .

Whilst located close to good transport links, the actual housing estate is a little run down. The main entrance into the block is in need of update and does not give you the feeling of security or safety. Concerned about leaving the car overnight in the parking area

The flat was bright, modern, spacious and absolutely spotless including bed linen and towels. Fully equipped kitchen with some nice touches.

The beds were quite small, although comfortable, a twin room and a king would work better but does not prevent us rebooking.

The property was well equipped, spacious , plenty facilities within walking distance, free parking and clean and very understanding when I got the check out time wrong! Having a supply for a continental breakfast was a lovely touch. Kids loves the gadgets, and for those with little ones there was a motion detected hall light. Definitely be back

There was a terrible sewer smell at the door of the exterior of the apartment building and it was not in the best of neighborhoods.

Mihaela was an amazing host, even allowing us into the location a bit early. My daughter wasn't feeling well so it was a huge help. The space was very clean and was comfortable.

There's a door near the lock-box but it doesn't open so you have to walk around the outside of the building to get to the lock-box.

Location rather run down, but once inside the apartment it's lovely.

There were two issues: first, there aren't many restaurants or supermarkets nearby; second, the bed was too small and only suitable for one person. This time, we were traveling with our child, so the child stayed in a separate room while my wife and I stayed in another room. As a result, we didn't sleep much throughout the night.

Overall, this apartment is fantastic. The kitchen utensils and seasonings are very complete, making it very friendly for friends who enjoy cooking. The TV is super big and can also be used for airdrop with a phone or pad, which is very convenient.

Very good free breakfast provided. The facilities are in very good conditions and the property is well-maintained and new. The staff was very helpful, we were greeted personally even at midnight when we couldn't locate the property.

There was steps my mum is disabled as has terminal cancer so hard for her with steps but inside the flat was great she was so impressed was telling everyone at the funeral how spotless and lovely it was

The place was spotless outside was a bit worrying as it looked to be on a estate but the inside was great they were really helpful. My mum has cancer and struggled with the steps at the back but the front was fine.
