Just need iron board had a very nice iron though nothing to complain about

The house was cleaned very well, nice furniture bathrooms and kitchen had all everything you need to cook, very nice, downstairs toilet plus garden furniture with padding, clean sheets towels new and fresh

Car parking was pretty tight! But good to have a spot. Be prepared to do a 5 point turn if you have a car bigger than a small hatchback.

Liked everything, minor issue with the hot shower tap that needs fixing, almost missed the road to the property as it’s a small side road, but had a good parking spot as advertised.

Excellent location, very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Host happy to answer questions if needed.

A lovely new build . Had everything we needed for our stay . Beds were comfortable and there was a good pressure /powerful shower . Plenty big enough for 2 adults not sure it would be for 5 . Would recommend it for couples and a small family , personally . Another plus, having two toilets . Loved the private outdoor space . Great location for either the beach or the town . You don't need to move your car whilst staying there. Parking a little tight but doable . Thanks Jack 😀

Like walking into a new place. Very clean and ready to go. We quickly became familiar with all the facilities and everything worked as it should. Very nice place.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike

Lovely cosy house beds so comfy. Clean and tidy. Close to town center and a sainsbury supermarket within 2.mins walk.

There is one car parking space at the front of the house, but it was tricky to manoeuvre with other cars parked nearby. It would be easy with a small car.

Good location for walking into town, with a Sainsburys very close. The house was well equipped and comfortable, with a full size kitchen, two toilets and a rear patio with outdoor furniture.

The holiday home was very modern, with all the mod cons! Spacious,comfortable great location,10 mins to seafront, shops,food outlets all within in minutes walking! A great find! Owners were helpful, my family loved it! Will defo stay again when visiting Great Yarmouth!

If I had to say one teeny thing…. There weren’t any dish cloths… had nice tea towels though.

The property was well kept and lovely decor a lovely sea side vibe. Love the fact that there is parking right outside the property. Bed was really comfortable. Jack was lovely when I messaged him.

It would have been nice to have instructions on how cooker worked. We are gas at home, and not used to induction cookers, also perhaps some info. on places of interest.

The only thing I can say is the noisy Seagulls

We had an amazing time in Great Yarmouth, The house is a new build down a quiet lane, it is lovely and fully equipped with everything you might need. It is close to supermarket, shops and pubs and the beach is a short walk away. We would definitely recommend, Will definitely be booking to stay again Thankyou.

Great place to stay. Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Very close to the beach, there’s also a Sainsbury’s across the road. We would highly recommend and will definitely book again.

Really nice place to stay. Comfy beds quiet.not too far from seafront about half a mile. Sainsbury's just across the rd a Chinese takeaway around the corner too.

Fabulous accommodation. Definitely will be recommending to family and friends. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners seem to have thought of everything to ensure that their guests are comfortable and have an enjoyable stay. The owners were very quick at responding to any queries. We hope to book here again next year!

Nothing really - the area was a little rundown but most seaside towns can be like that and that’s not really a reflection of the property itself which is BEAUTIFUL.

Such beautiful house inside with lovely comfortable beds and modern feel throughout the property. It had everything you could need really.

Settee was not very comfortable and too low for older guests. Area was not the best and didn’t feel too comfortable going out at night. Some instructions for hob and tv would have been good. Bedroom door would not stay closed. A mirror in the bedroom would be good.

Good location and useful parking spot. House was clean. Sainsbury’s nearby. Outdoor seating was a bonus.
