Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomA brief attention regarding cleanliness in the things that were inside the oven (the grills and roasters were used and very dirty) behind the sofa bed near the window there was a lot of dirt on the floor (lid and milk seal) that's all! A tip I give is to turn the TV into a smart one, there's Google chrome in the £22 stores, this is good to have a better experience in relation to the TV. :) Hanna the manager of the property is very solicitous, always ready to help! We definitely loved our stay, we hope to come back soon! :)

United KingdomUnfortunately we had some unforeseen events, such as the fire alarm that had a technical problem and woke us up, leaving me super panicked and with a lot of anxiety, I ended up having to take medication to control the level of panic I was in. Fortunately the situation was resolved and we could rest again. shortly after that, the other day we had a question why the visit to Bishop's Stortford, I didn't understand the reason for the question, but in any case I answered!

United KingdomCan’t be helped but it’s quite noisy especially in the evenings due to the patrons of the establishments underneath and around the flat and you can hear people in the other flats. I understand this is something that the host cannot help or change (I’m sure she would if she could as she was super helpful!) but it might effect a light sleeper!
No breakfast option as self catered apartment. Location was ideal as only a five min walk to shopping centres
