Price maybe a little top heavy. Would have stayed longer if a little less. Dinner was nice but expensive for portion size.

Has so many plus points. Parking, games room for the kids with table tennis, pool, air hockey etc, indoor pool, gardens to die for. Location amazing. Decent breakfast.

A lovely room with a super view. Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was exceptionally good. Sat in the conservatory section of the dining room and it was lovely despite the rainy weather. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely setting and the grounds are really nice too. stayed for one night with my son. arrived late and was met by the friendly receptionist, which is nice after a long drive. Breakfast was really nice .

the restaurant, the lobby, the playing room, charging point for my car made me feel safe every day. the hotel was amidst a lovely park of lovely nature, a ford from one side and the ocean from the other.

very luxurious service, staff were very friendly. the weather was foggy, restaurant view was lovely. we could go as a family for a peaceful walk in the garden before going out.

The rooms are a little dated, although comfortable. Service in the restaurant was a little slow.

The hotel has really great facilities for children, including two play rooms and the indoor pool. The food was also delicious, the breakfast was really varied. The reception staff were very helpful.

We didn't deliberately book a room with a view so we really didn't get one which was fine. But, I believe we were above the kitchen because with the windows open we could smell the cooking coming from the extractor fans.

We took out 2 rooms next to each other, the hotel was amazing as exceeded our expectations. Quiet and tranquil, amazing views and accessable to shops and beach in a few minutes. Bonus with EV charging, a games room and swimming pool as we were mainly there for a relaxing staycation rather than explore the town. Food was delicious, staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were imaculate

The room was too hot for us, we kept the window open all the time. We both had an evening meal which was lovely, the dessert was cheese cake with caramel ice cream, unfortunately sea salt makes me ill but fortunately my daughter asked about the caramel which had sea salt in it and the mushrooms at breakfast had sea salt on them but there was no mention of this in the menu which would have been helpful.

As I had a leg injury bathing was difficult having to clamber over Bath, would be much better with shower cubicles, also the noise from level above the walls seem paper thin could almost listen to conversation

The building needs some refurbishment and redecoration, especially the reception and communal areas. The room would also benefit from some refurbishment, the wardrobe had some broken features and need some tlc or refurbishment, as well as the bathroom taps and pipping. Overall, the room was good and bed was comfortable.

The area and the gardens were fabulous. The area is beautiful and calm, with great pubs and restaurants near by. The gardens of the hotel are beautiful and there's a short walk through a wood area where you can see red squirrels. There's also an access to the beaches through the cliff, which we cod not use due to the bad weather conditions, but I'd love to go back on spring and summer and enjoy more. The included breakfast was also very good, with plenty of choices and good quality foods. Staff were all very friendly.
