Room is equipped well, only downfall was I didn’t realise how small the room was going to be. Other than that, excellent.

There could have been plug socket on both sides of the bed! It was a little noisy in the morning time but that was just due to our room being at the front of the hotel!

Location was great for us as we were attending a concert in the Evetimapollo! Staff were super friendly and accommodating!

The property was clean enough but there was a couple of things not spotless but we told the hotel staff and they sorted this out. There could do with a few minor room adjustments: a bedroom bin, a hand towel for the sink and a proper mirror that is not above the kitchen sink as you cannot get to it properly to do your make up or skincare. There is also no air con, we opened the window so it was fine. Apart from these little things it has everything you need.

Location was perfect for the Eventim apollo. We drove from outside of London and it was really easy to find. The parking over the road states £57.50 for 24 hours but if you book online it’s £20! So that was really convenient and a bargain. The staff are super friendly and tell you information about the area. Your room key gets you discount at local restaurants and cafes which is fab. The price for the stay was really good for London. We will definitely be using this hotel again if we ever go to the Apollo again as it was a 9 minute walk.

Great location - 5 mins walk from Hammersmith tube and with lots of pubs and restaurants on the door step. Room was a really good size for the price and was nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

Housekeeping fail to reach standard of this hotel….at least my 6th visit to those hotel and always with issues….more than once do not disturb signs are ignored, single beds requests ignored etc….this time beds hastily done daily, no body wash tubes in room and towels not replaced after collection…..front desk supplied immediately. This kept happening or not replenished even after advising floor supervisor….who to be fair on her, we did hear her instructing maid to replace but the latter ignored her

We thought the sink outside the bathroom was a little impractical. We didn’t really like Being down in the basement 😕 I was also woken up at 5am by a lot of noise.

The location was excellent for us. The shower in the bathroom was very powerful.

Really strange layout of the room saw the wc next to the main door with roller panel door. Along the same wall is the sink area but in the main room so looks like kitchen area. Then the shower space, the clothes hanging area was in the shower space, and the shower was tiny, I'm average height and weight but was a tight squeeze. Not sure of the concept behind this but would make more sense having the toilet and hanging space swapped, or even just the latter facing into the room. Overall though didn't ruin the stay just a curious planning of the space.

Welcomed by very polite reception staff who explained everything and could answer questions I had for them. Room was compact but didn't feel it, had desk area and sofa, kitchen type sink (but not a kitchen). Hotel was well placed for Hammersmith and if you're going to the lyric or Apollo is perfect. Lobby had snacks and drinks for purchase, and throughout loved the decor.
