Great location to stay with an extended family (Up to 6) but probably best with teens. With the booklet put together by the owner, easy to find and to go around. 15-20 min downtown by bus. Well equipped if you want a meal at home with grocery 30s away … Really quiet to rest after a long day in London!

If we had more luggage, it would be difficult to get them up the stairs, because there is no elevator.

The location was great. At the opposite side of the road was a supermarket, and the bus stop was only 5 minutes walk. The appartment is modern, and everything works. Even the sofa-bed was comfortable. There was netflix ready to play.

We requested an early check in between 1-2 but were quoted at £20 which to be fair is the going rate but we declined . At 14.00 they call me to say the room wouldn’t be ready till 16.00 but actually it was 16.30 when we got the keys , they said that they had an accident to one of the cleaner but after talking to the cleaner he informed us the only found out at 14.00 he needed to prepare our room , because of the late show this resulted in us three missing our west end show . They informed me at 14.20 that I needed to sign a pre contract which they had sent , they sent it at 14.15 on the day of the check in , The apartment was smelly and dusty with a party going on in another room , the shower was cold and had no power , Yesterday on my way home they texted me asking me where were the keys , we left them in the box safe .

The apartment was really very nice, clean and equiped with everything we needed. I likes even the location as it was not that far from the city centre and comfortable to move around. It was quiet at night, so we felt like at home really. The bus stop was very close as well. It was an amazing stay👍😊 would definitely come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay!!!! Everything went smooth. The team was always available for questions and concerns and took care of everything immediately. The apartment was lovely, spacious and well maintained. I really appreciated the very detailed house manual we were sent beforehand. It had all the important information in one place and helped so much easing any travel anxiety about where to find the apartments, keys etc. Location was also great. Very calm area but close enough to the city. All in all a very great experience!

Total shocking service there was a number attached that we should ring in case of emergency NO ANSWER Would never recommend this to anybody

We had a previous guest that was able to get a spare set of keys to the unit to search for a bag that he left the week prior. Nice gent but unnerving that he was given access to an extra set of keys without any proactive communication from the host. Made us feel uncomfortable about the security of the property. Not a great experience for us.

From a flat below, the strong smell of cigarettes permeated our bedrooms. However, I understand this is to be expected in a shared building. Two drain plugs were missing (sink & tub). I wasn’t able to bathe the children in the bath so we showered them instead. Not a huge deal, just letting you know they are missing.

Clean, great location, near transportation, flat contained everything we needed to cook and do laundry. Comfortable beds. Everything new and sparkling clean. Even a thoughtful welcome card upon arrival.
