Bed linen not ironed - pillow cases looked like they had been screwed up then just put on the bed Bed sheet needed to be replaced - bobbled where people had lain on it. Pillows were dreadful & could feel the springs through mattress, this said it wasn't as uncomfortable as I thought it would be. Booked 'suite with garden view' - not a suite in true sense of the facilities, the seating area was 2 dining chairs & the 'garden' was a small back yard 2 floors below us! Mis-described in my view it was more of a deluxe room. When we were brought coffee pods with milk in and asked for black coffee we were told to fetch them ourselves! TV in room not working - 19/4/24 so although someone else reported it on 14/4 it hasn't been fixed. The 'burners' in the public areas are vile making it smell like an over-fraganced toilet.

Location for where we were going. Cleanliness. Quirkiness - some interesting things dotted around the public area. Stacey was friendly Shower room was spotless & toiletries were lovely. Room was clean & bright. Good value for money, given cost of hotels these days.

Shower water wasn’t very warm.

The location was great, with a carpark just at the bottom of the road. our room was nice & spacious with great coffee making facilities. Towels smelt lovely & were big & fluffy. I liked that we could use the coffee machine in the communal area too. Stacey went over & above, really friendly & helpful.

Lovely little unique place , cosy spotlessly clean double room with the comfiest bed we have ever had on a break. Lady running the place was lovely too.

The hotel is in a great location. The room was wonderfully decorated, spacious, warm and comfortable. Stacey was a joy to deal with too, always on hand to assist. We’ll definitely be back.

We couldn’t actually get in to the building at check in time, we were stood out side for around 10 minutes, finally a member staff answered but she didn’t actually know we were outside. No contact numbers provided worked. Shower was not working, again no number or staff to speak to. Strike of luck, we opened the hot tap on the sink and the shower started working.

Not really too much of a big deal, but the shower came out either hot or cold - it seemed impossible to get it just “warm”. Also it would be lovely to have maybe some kind of small armchair in the bedroom. Other than that, it was really lovely.

Fabulous little hotel. Really beautifully decorated with quirky and vintage items - I love the style. I was keen to find something a bit different from bland hotel rooms, and this didn’t disappoint. Spotlessly clean, too. The girl who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easier than anticipated as there were spaces in the road. The bed was large and comfortable. And the location was perfect - the beach is just round the corner, and the tower is just ten mins walk. Would happily stay again.

They’ve done a wonderful job refurbing and modernising an old building. The room had all the facilities you’d want, and was wonderfully clean, warm and comfortable. Staff were great, very helpful.

The one thing that did stand out was the scent of the place. It was a cross between polish and fly spray and was very over powering. This is my only negative but it was very prominent.

This quirky little hotel really isn't somewhere you would expect to find in Blackpool. Very pleasantly surprised at the decor and thie size of our room was also excellent.
