The shower ran cold. When it did run warm on the first night it nearly overflowed because the drainage was blocked. No plug in the sink so couldn’t even have a strip wash.

Apartment was very Spartan and standard of cleaning poor. Felt we needed to clean down every surface and fridge before we could use them. Floors not properly cleaned and lots of bits and dust under table. Only had one bath towel for 2 people so rang contact who brought us a brand new towel and 2 brand new pillows. Bed not very comfortable and just had thin sheet on top of bare mattress. Eventually found out how to switch on heaters but no instructions supplied. Took a day to find out how to switch on heated towel rail in bathroom as switch for it was hidden behind the settee in the lounge area. Standard of apartment did not live up to photos on booking.com site. Disappointing but otherwise adequate for 2 nights.

location is not near railway station and city centre, difficult to find. The heater doesn’t work properly, wait for 5 minutes to have warm water.

The area is pretty scary we had youths letting off fire works thoughout the nights and rubbish fly tipped over the road from us.

i didn’t like how noisy other people were staying in the different rooms. very heavy fire doors an kept letting them slam shut, as well as the main door to building. Also regarding the property, the shower was a little awkward to figure out. it kept going freezing cold to scorching hot within seconds, I actually burnt my hand due to this.

The floor was so dirty it didn't look like it had been cleaned for years. The bed was the worst I've ever slept in very uncomfortable springs sticking up.

Location is very poor the property is no where near as advertised , drug addicts either side of the property I know because I’m from the next village, the beds are very uncomfortable and haven’t been cleaned under them

What I can say about this property, it was very dirty inside, you don't have any privacy, people can see you on every window in the flat, no light in the bedroom, spiders in bathroom, a lot of noises and the owners of property are not even kind with people who come, they first try to scam us and after I call booking they give us the details for check in so I tell to everybody, please do not book this property because it is very dirty inside and nothing clean at all. They should not be on booking, they are a shame! You see something in pictures but after you arrive its total different and very very bad conditions! DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY, very dirty and a lot of spiders. I've got also pictures from there and I will upload them here!
