The shower is lovely but is very slippery so if bringing kids you will need to bring a shower mat.

I would have liked to have received the checking in instructions prior to my arrival but this appears to have been a glitch in the system and was rectified immediately with a call to Sarah!

I had not received the checking in instructions prior to going. I contacted Sarah on my arrival and she was so helpful and provided me with everything I required to enjoy my stay and we were in within minutes!. After a long time travelling we went to the pub across the road only to find that they serve food on certain dates. However, a little walk to the chip shop and we were all fully satisfied!!

The shower was boiling even when you turned it down so was hard to wash my daughter. This one isn’t no fault of your own I don’t think but a neighbour must have a dog or cat and there was poo all out the back which when we woke up in the morning wasn’t the best thing to smell or see after opening the door.

Everything was spotless, easy to find/use. Only a 10 minute walk from the town & restaurants. Took us 3 minutes to drive to West Midlands safari park which was the reason for us staying.

Parking as great, place was easy to find. Communication was so quick! The place was absolutely perfect for our young family of four. We are chaos personified but this apartment took so much stress away and it is located about 4 mins away from West Midlands safari park!

Wasn't anything to not like to be honest, especially at that price.

Very clean and comfortable. Owners were a delight to deal with. Private parking was very important as we had tools in our van. We also arrived to a complimentary bottle of wine and mince pies which was a nice touch.

The premises are exceptional and at the very top of rented accommodation. Very tastefully furnished with every detail and need taken care of. Sarah and the team were very helpful thoughtful and accommodating. We’ve been renting accommodation for over 20 years when working around the country Very few have this standard and quality. Definitely a first choice when we return to Kidderminster.

The property was exceptional it had everything absolutely spotless and very luxurious and the bottle of wine was greatly received by my husband 😊 the location was great as we were going to the safari park bewdley is a beautiful area. The children loved their stay in the apartment and the parking space was great to have and the keylock to get in was easier than carrying keys around and worrying of losing them great place thank you for a lovely place to stay

It was well set out, good quality fittings. Clean and tidy. Spoke to Sarah who was extremely helpful, giving me information on where to get a good breakfast, evening meals and good pubs. Nice touch a bottle of wine and milk ready for a brew in the morning was really appreciated.
