We couldn’t find a dustpan and brush but we like to keep places we stay tidy like a home from home so maybe just have one available for guests like us. Lock box situation was a little confusing too but we sussed it in the end

A Mirror in the bedroom, and curtains, blinds let in a lot of light.

Location was perfect for us, 5 minute walk to Victoria Park. Area was quiet and we were able to access parking very close by.

I wasn’t allowed in cos of refundable deposit even when I promised I’ll send it immediately I could access internet. Dint have a local number and was stranded for some hours in the cold. Pretty annoying

Lock box instructions came late and we had great difficulty to obtain the code from the host. Telephone contact informed us that we had to leave a message with no response. Eventually obtained the code via whatsup messaging. The mechanism of the window door of the one bedroom facing the street was faulty and couldn't be locked and kept on blowing open with the wind. The booking was made for 5 adults but only 4 dining room chairs were available .

Was not a “luxury property”… So many issues at premium price. 2,300 euro for one week. My friend and I listed 15 things that were wrong with this property.. from the window blinds that kept falling off in the slightest breeze to the one pot to cook in, one wine glass in the whole apartment and the nightmare of the locking and unlocking of the apartment. We both have travelled extensively. We are now almost 70 years old. We don’t party nor wreck anything. I was merely visiting my son who lives in London with his girlfriend. I live in Ireland and my best friend from Canada flew over to join me. We have been friends for 49 years now. This is just an acceptable rental near a tube station. Nothing luxurious about it. We aren’t fussy so it was ok. It’s beside a Primary School so it was nice to watch the kids. But Luxury? No.

Clean, spacious, bright, in a quiet area (we traveled during summer holidays in UK, it might be not so quiet during school time given the fact that is in school neighborhood), fitted with all the things you need in a living house, many options regarding means of transport, 1 minute walk to supermarket.

The apartment is exactly what you see in the photos it was fab! very comfortable and spotlessly clean, the location is good easy enough to go to the city via the tub...... All in all a great experience and not in the hustle and bustle of the city....... We would definitely be booking again as this apartment has everything you need a home from home and very spacious, bright, modern and comfortable.

Very bad location and it was in basement level which is not suitable for me with very small size room and only one toilet , also the neighbours very noisy and not sleeping for whole night.

Just the issues with the opening and locking the apartment door. Also missed not having a room to leave bags before we booked in/ checked out as this reduced the time we could go and enjoy our trip without having to cart our bags around

Key code for the outside door and lock box for room so was very easy however we had issues with the apartment door throughout the stay.

Easy check in, had everything you needed. Nice little terraces also. Great location!

The check time is 10:30AM, but at 10:10 the staff knock the door to clean the room without any notice ,the location is bad .

The customer service lady were not willing to help us with our problems because of a dead phone, and she even yelled at me on my friend’s phone. When we finally entered the apartment 30 minutes after the scheduled check in time the cleaner was still there, working! The cleaning was not done properly, and there were some suspicious, disgusting spots on one of the pillows. The street was very noisy during the nighttime. There was even somebody trying to loudly open our front door at 01:30 in the night. The worst part was that the Sojo Stay company before the travel tried to make us cancel the reservation with Booking.com, and then make a reservation directly from them. Really strange and unprofessional…

Nice and newly renovated apartment, well equipped kitchen, easy access to the apartment. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub!
