A lovely spacious house. It was very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need for any length of stay. It had tea, coffee and sugar. It even had pods for the coffee machine.

2nd stay in this accomodation. Quiet area, just off the lisburn road with many shops and restaurants. 20 minute walk to to city centre. Internet great. Two small bathrooms with showers. Very clean

Loose bannister upstairs, it really needs to be secured to the wall - it induced anxiety whenever our kids went upstairs & out of our sight. I feel an introduction of a bench shoe rack in the hallway could be benefical all around; it would serve as a subconsious signal to guests to remove their shoes upon entrance = cleaner house for guests and host! The master bedroom could also do with a chair in the corner to place your clothes on before going to bed.

"Close to City Centre Stylish and Cosy Home" - this description is 100% accurate! We loved the house; it was far better suited to us as a family with 2 young kids than a hotel room! Restaurants, takeaways, shops all within close walking distance. Beds very comfortable; 2 x bathrooms upstairs were compact but pratitical & modern. Towels & shampoo provided. Kitchen was well equipped; coffee & teabags provided. The host Tom had provided a small carton of milk in the fridge along with chocolate chip cookies which went down well with our kids (and us parents too!). We actually never met Tom but we exchanged messages via Booking.com & SMS so all good there! In the living room, there was a smart TV - we very much enjoyed watching Netflix which was great evening entertainment. Wifi was superb. We would defintely look to book again if we visited Belfast again.

Only a minor point, duvet covers could have matched the rest of the general design better, and have been ironed.

Nice and friendly host, got a tour through house and recommended some nice places to eat and visit. Warm and cozy rooms. Pretty close to the center 30min walk. Instructions for the keylocker came in hour before check-in

Bit of confusion with check-in but owner made up for it with late check-out following day. Very communication.

Great location, close to city centre and shops and restaurants around the corner. House is fabulous - spacious, everything so new and spotless. Kitchen fully equipped. House lovely and warm. Smart TV with all added channels like Netflix and Prime. Beds and pillows (plenty of them) very comfy. 2 bathrooms which was very handy when traveling with 4 girls. Ample hot water.

We were told check in was 2pm. We arrived around 2:30pm and saw that the cleaners were still there and were not finished getting the house ready. Had it been we had arrived at 2pm, we would have met a dirty house! The bathrooms are so tiny, it was a struggle for us to shower or use the toilet. We only stayed a night thankfully because we could definitely not stay there for longer. It is quite expensive for what you are really getting.
